The Grand Café and the Lobby Bar are the perfect points to stop off for a pre-theater rendezvous or a convivial chat with coffee, while the Cigar Bar with its stylish and relaxed atmosphere, is the place where cigar lovers can share their passion.
During the evening the Piano Bar it is the perfect ambience to relax after a hard day and a meeting point to have an aperitif while enjoying music until late at night.

Big rooms. I asked to arrange transfer to the airport. Probably there were no hotel cars available and they suggested taxi. I specifically emphasized that I wand enough comfortable car and am afraid of just a Bulgarian taxi from the street (you never know what to expect there). They said we will call a taxi for you, all will be ok. I do not know did they call or stopped a car from the street but the car was horrible: small, not comfortable, not safe, bad smell. They should at least call some "luxury" taxi service (which means normal European standard). I do not understand what prevented them. Tat was very disappointing and left bad impression. But that was the only one. |

Comfortable large room with excellent bath, and location is convenient to walk for sightseeing. In order to avoid to be overcharged by vulgar taxi driver, I asked hotel reception to call taxi to airport. but unfortunately I was overcharged twice higher fee than normal. It is not an issue at hotel, but I hope hotel should be more careful to secure for the guest. |

The rooms were excellent. The little touches in the room made it very comfortable. I did not even need to take a toothbrush. The room could do with a better television with a remote. |

best location in the city, in walking distance to almost any place in down town Sofia, no need to take a cab or bus. wonderful park just next to the hotel, over any standard large rooms any friendly staff.... |
