The room was very large and luxurious, the bathroom also, in glorious marble with top notch faucets, shower stall, large bath tub, bidet and ample counter space around the sink. The breakfast is too expensive at 21 euro per person, but there is a reasonable alternative at the Grand cafe in the back

Position is excellent & very central. Rooms are very large & well furnished You have no windows to be able to open & can not obtain any fresh air. Tea for 1 person in the room service was almost £10!!! That is VERY expensive for Bulgaria

Superservice from Stanimir (front desk) Superservice from Bodizar (??) doorman / student (probably wrong spelling). Always getting superlatives when being back Breakfast: Noone knew how to make soft eggs. After second attempt, I got it all over my Tshirt. You have to ask for coffee when sitting down

Hotel is really nice, clean, comfortable, luxury and location is probably the best in town. There was also high speed internet connection available and closed secured parking place free of charge. I would recommend it for sure.

Erything was according the five star hotel. The whole staff is to be commended. I suggested to the management, the Hotel be more '' communication oriented '' in terms of sensory experience! Has no a distinctive scent to make its clients remember it!.

I loved the interior design of the room and bathroom. it was simply great to stay there, enjoyed every minute of it. Great location, walking distance to all sightseeing venues. Preis of room top. Breakfast could have been included, massage war OK but nothing special. It could have had more German + sport channels like Eurosport as US Open was on. But these are only minor things, all in all it was the best hotel we stayed at privately so far.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the Staff. Travelling with older people and a wheel chair they were very helpful. There was noise in the morning sounding like a pump therefore sleep was disturbed.

I appreciated the excellent service at the concierge/reception of all people on duty, with the only exception of an employee who apparently did not want to be involved in something which he percieved as a nuisance: i.e. doing for me the electronic checkin at the airport. Other employees by contrast did it quite efficiently and even advised me on my mobile that everything was ok.

The hotel is really perfect for staying, relaxing, meeting friends. For me it was the most pleasant visit Sofia staying in Grand Hotel Sofia. The room is big and well-designed, an excellent bathroom for relaxing at the end of the day and not only. Great location, there are also so many cafes and shops around the hotel. Also there is a very nice view from the room such as mountains and the center of the city. I'll visit this place again, love it so much :) Like everything

The location is amazing. The rooms are very big with plenty of details, including two Lindt chocolates every night when they open the bed for you.... Really nice!! I strongly recommend it!

It was very nice and clean hotel with very kind stuff. A really very very nice hotel in a very nice location. We'll come again. The only thing is missing is a coffee maker in the room otherwise everything else was perfect. Also the fact that the windows in the room can;t open is a disadvantage for people with claustrophobia .
