Great location, great outdoor patio, staff was superb.

Wifi not adequate for real business use.

Great staff, in the center of the town.

Windows cannot be opened.

Wonderful, considerate staff. Rooms very large and quiet but air-con wasn't working so they provided a fan.

Trying to charge every day for a second small bottle of water. I'm paying $200 a night and they can't provide safe drinking water...don't be so cheap. (In they end, they gave it to me for free but why should I even have to ask!)

The overall atmosphere of an old hotel.

The hotel is fantastic, huge rooms, finished to the highest standards (marble, wood etc). The design is classic yet modern. The staff is very professional and helpful, room service was excellent so was the breakfast. The location is perfect. I would recommend it to anyone!

There is nothing I didn't like

One of the best hotels in Sofia, my second stay. There are no important complaints. Location, staff, facilities and rooms are excellent. Rooms are particularly large.

I would have appreciated better tv channels in the room. Only bbc news in English.

Nice hotel in the centre of the city. Good location and accomodation. All state government institutions and historic sites are walking distance from the hotel. English speaking staff. Big rooms and bathroom. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Shopping street is 3 min from the hotel.

Breakfast for EUR 16 is expensive. Hotel shuttle transfer airport-hotel costs about EUR 20 per person. But taxi for the same route is about EUR 6-8. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Super hotel,everything was great!!!The most important, the hotel and room was very,very clean and room was unbelievable huge what I like!!!;-)) I recommend for everybody,you will love it!! P.S.Dont know about food,been eating outside with my friends all the time...;-))

Fantastic hotel. Everything good, but most especially the friendly, efficient and well informed staff. The rooms are huge. We had an extra bed in ours, and it still felt huge! I will certainly stay here again if I come back to Sofia.

The only possible criticism I could make is that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Location and rooms - very large and nice furnished.

No real minuses- staff need fine-tuning to offer services adequate at the hotel level of expectations.

We chose to stay just for the New Year'e eve, and we got exactly what we wanted - very good service, gourmet kitchen for the New Year dinner, nice spa procedures. PLus the hotel is centrally located, just in front of the small garden where the fireworks were shot at the midnight. Very nice room with all possible amenities provided.

Was a funny surprise to see the welcome mates in the elevator with the day on it . Excellent concept BRAVO

Everything! Would love to stay more days!

The language insufficiency of some of the staff caused a minor misunderstanding on my checking-out. Problems was resolved instantly by the supervisor.

Large comfortable and well equipped room. Good and professional service. Great location.

The service is excellent, the hotel itself is very nice.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Our corner suite was spacious, well presented and very clean.
