Very expensive restaurant

Enormous rooms, good internet speed, friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful bathroom, close location to city centre.

Expensive breakfast and laundry services.

A international standard conference hotel. The rooms were huge and more like suites, for the rate we paid this was fantastic value. Great location in heart of city.

Excellent Hotel

Prices for room service are unusual high. One Espresso (at 3 Euro) will cost you additionally 6.50 Euro if brought to your room. Breakfast will cost you additionally 10.50 Euro.

Friendly and very helpful hotel staff

On arrival it took nearly half an hour to find my reservation. I wasthe only person at reception at this time.

Big rooms.

I asked to arrange transfer to the airport. Probably there were no hotel cars available and they suggested taxi. I specifically emphasized that I wand enough comfortable car and am afraid of just a Bulgarian taxi from the street (you never know what to expect there). They said we will call a taxi for you, all will be ok. I do not know did they call or stopped a car from the street but the car was horrible: small, not comfortable, not safe, bad smell. They should at least call some "luxury" taxi service (which means normal European standard). I do not understand what prevented them. Tat was very disappointing and left bad impression. But that was the only one.

The rooms were excellent. The little touches in the room made it very comfortable. I did not even need to take a toothbrush.

The room could do with a better television with a remote.

best location in the city, in walking distance to almost any place in down town Sofia, no need to take a cab or bus. wonderful park just next to the hotel, over any standard large rooms any friendly staff....

Absolutely interminable time to check out, understaffed, lobby bar very smoky affecting whole ground floor.
