sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, int. Standard, gute Lage des Hotels, perfekter Service in der Lobby rund um die Uhr Zimmer sind sehr dunkel eingerichtet. Massives dunkles Holz. Sehr schön, sehr sauber aber etwas "old-fashioned". Trotzdem 1A und sicher 5*-Level. |

Большая площадь номера, хороший вид из окон (вид сверху на Софию из окон на 8 этаже). Удачное местоположение отеля и приветливый персонал. В двухместном номере хотелось бы иметь 2 халата и 2 пары тапочек, а не комплект на одного человека. |

Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding, mooie aankleding van het hotel, interessante schilderijenexpositie Geen zitbar (alleen losse zitjes), als de pianospeler in het restaurant niet speelt heeft men daar niet passende muziek die overigens ook in de lobby (vaak te hard) wordt afgespeeld. |
