索非亚格兰德酒店  

位于Sofia的市中心，周围不行15分钟内都是估计和主要观光景点。而且距离步行商业街很近。有很多的酒- 吧可以坐下来小酌或畅饮。酒店的大堂人员英文都不错。可以帮着安排导游等服务。和国内大城市的消费相比，酒- 店的价格比较便宜。同时，保加利亚的消费价格不是很高。

Friendly staff, excellent food and well sited.

Very small Gym with just 1 running machine and 1 bike machine, so couldn't always use the gym. Was not best pleased that there was an extra charge to sit in the sauna or Jacuzzi!

The location is great. The rooms huge and the bathrooms also. Very clean. In the hotel ,there is one of the best restaurants in town

No room service or open restaurant in the hotel after 11!!! Although the staff was more than willing to help us order from outside

Very friendly and helpful personnel which pays attention to the guest without beíng insisting. Very generous rooms in best state. Generous breakfast buffet.

Location, quality, cleaning, comfortable big room, large bathroom with bidet.

We didn't exploit the first (of 3 nights) we've paid in a non refundable offer, due to a sudden cancelled flight. We asked to be clement, if possible, getting a free breakfast or something equal, but unsuccessfully. In any case, we appreciate Staff who has given us a bottle of wine for free.

Beds were small in a twin room, not a good mattress and sheets felt like no softener was used. Rooms are also oversized, we small TV

1st class hotel with staff that othere hotels can only wish for.

Superservice from Manager Aleksander to front desk Stanimir etc to Bozhidar and Aleksander doormen. Beds are better than my own queen bed at home Great location to all facilities for tourists as well as for business You will be taken care of in GHS

Executive room

Our room was spectacular, especially the marble bathroom and its accoutrements, Could've just stqyed in and luxuriated but must admit the color (green) was a bit dark and depressing. The concierge was ehlpful and accommodating. The Food in the restaurant was wonderful- better than in much touted "gourmet" restaurants in Sofia. In all, a marvelous experience.

Good all-round hotel. I have stayed there three times before and will be happy to stay there again.
