Grenada Hotel  

The best thing is the swimming pool which is excellent. The bar next to the swimming pool is well stocked and the staff is pleasant. Also the rooms are very spacious. We originally booked a double room but got an apartment instead which was great :) We loved the staff, they were greeting us every day and made us feel very welcome. The cleaners made a swan out of bed sheets and towels which was an amazing touch.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff; nice and comfortable rooms

First I was lucky enough to book a room as a "hot deal", so the value for money was really high as for me. The hotel is close to the old beautiful town Nesebar and very close to the seaside. And yes, the stuff was very helpful and friendly.

Location - old town Nesebar is 20 minutes by walking along sea. Beach is 5 minutes away.

Swimming pool was very cold.

The location is not so good. From the pictures seems to be near to the beach, but it is not true..is 10 minutes far. There is no fitness gym, although there are signs that indicates so.

In no case is a four star hotel. I would not come here again. Staff very weak at all helpful, the rooms in any critical approach those four stars that claim to be. Breakfast is served until 8 o'clock, "although the sun is already up," is very poorly. In addition to reception we were not given even an opposite weather info the next day, on the pretext that they do not go the internet ... but if you wanted to have internet access in hotel paid 2.5 euros for half hour.

Clean room. Good place to relax.

Loud music every night, could be enough every 2nd day.

Large rooms

Hard to find, no spa and fitness room (unlike advertised on site), they messed up my reservation, worst breakfast ever, only rooms with no view.

Super lokalizacja hotelu, tylko kilka minut do plaży, w bliskiej odległości przystanek autobusowy, z którego można się dostać do I z lotniska w Burgas. W pobliżu zatrzymywały się również mini-pociągi, którymi można było jechać do centrum Słonecznego Brzegu jak I do Nessebaru. Miła, sympatyczna, anglojęzyczna obsługa zwłaszcza recepcji, sprzątanie codziennie. Pokój rodzinny przestronny, aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne przedmioty tj. Sztućce, szklanki, filiżanki, talerze, garnki, toster, czajnik itp., Klimatyzacja sprawna, wydajna. Basen duży, liczba leżaków wystarczająca. śNiadania serwowane w formie bufetu, wybór ograniczony ale na pewno nikt nie wyjchodził głodny, każdy znajdzie dla siebie coś dobrego. Za dodatkową opłatą istnieje możliwość późnego wymeldowania.

Hotel nie dysponuje pokojami z widokiem na morze, pomimo tego, że na stronie są w ofercie. Głośna, wieczorna muzyka dobiegająca z baru I restauracji do późnych godzin nocnych nie sprzyja odpoczynkowi. Brak półki na kosmetyki w łazience. Płatny internet - 5 Leva za godzinę to lekka przesada, cztero-gwiazdkowy hotel powinien mieć dostęp Wi-Fi wliczony w cenę.

Zeer teleurstellend Hotel. Ontbijt was zeer slecht en bijna alles was op. Kamers waren zeer slecht schoongemaakt. Reactie personeel: Ja, eind van het seizoen. Veel te ver van het centrum. Absoluut geen 50 meter van het strand. En met zeezicht bedoelen ze: uitzicht op het hotelblok ervoor.

Если не обращать внимание на подпорченое временем состояние отеля, то все просто супер. Очень близко к Несебру, много свободного бесплатного места на пляже. Возле бассейна и пул-бара звучит приятная фоновая музыка. Не нужно сидеть целый день в отеле! Месторасположение отеля удобное для посещения как старого Несебра с красивыми улочками, нового с дешевыми магазинами супермаркетами так и центра Солнечного берега с дискотеками и барами.

Пора сделать косметический ремонт и отремонтировать деревянную дорожку к пляжу. Завтрак однообразный, но сытный.

Are un design placut, camerele sunt spatioase si curate ( curatenia si schimbarea prosoapelor asigurate zilnic, cel putin, in cazul nostru, asa s-a intamplat), la alegere camera cu vedere spre piscina, care este foarte frumos luminata noaptea, raportul calitate-pret fiind excelent. Este la nici 5 min de mers pe jos de plaja, trenuletul cu directia centru Sunny Beach trece exact prin spatele hotelului, trenuletul cu directia Nessebar are statia la 1 min de mers pe jos de hotel, am avut la indemana transportul si am vizitat cam tot ce a meritat sa fie vizitat in Sunny Beach si Nessebar.

Mancarea nu prea variata, iar servirea a lasat usor de dorit, ospatarii fiind cam neprietenosi...exceptie au facut ospataritele de la pool bar.
