Grenada Hotel  

A Hotel nagyon szép helyen illetve környezetben helyeszkedik el, a szobák tiszták és jol fel vannak szerelve a vendég kényelmére. A medence csodálatos.

Az internet wi-fi-n a szállodában is csak fizetős, nincs ingyenes.

Rend, tisztaság, segítőkész személyzet.

A tengerpart kb 500 méterre található és az odavezető út elég vadregényes és mocskos. Nem közvetlen a parton található és még két másik szálloda tornyosul elé.

The location is just perfect, only one hotel in front and then is the beach, Cacao beach is 3 minutes walk, friendly staff, ah one very cool thing - if you like, you can pay for very very late check out-till 20.00 PM

Loud music during the night, the breakfast could be better, we`ve waited for coffee cups for 10 mins-no one cleans the tables during the breakfast

Not 4 stars, I would say 3, but defintely worth the money.

Cleanliness, staff, hospitality???, Hotel Avalon co-operation..., 1 hour net 5 bgn... No valid informations on booking.com???, ..."Where u came from?"...doesn't matter, im a guest

The only one positive aspect for this booking was the price. It was very cheap indeed. Thanks God I didn't have to spend my entire summer holiday there, but just a longer weekend!

In the booking form it was written that rooms with views of the sea are available on request. When we arrived there, they told us that the hotel doesn't offer any sea view. It is located about 200 m from beach, there are other hotel buildings in front of it so you cannot see anything. In the hotel presentation it is mentioned hotel is 4* but on one side of the building you will see that is written sometimes 3* (like in front of swimming pool) and sometimes 4* (at the entrance of hotel). This is definitely a max. 3* hotel in our opinion. No mini bar, no shower gel or shampoo (exception first day when you check in). Even the toilet paper was difficult to get as per needs. We & other friends had serious complaints about cleaning: they only changed our towels every day, in rest there was same dust everywhere and we have found same messy floors when coming back from the beach. In the bathroom there is a water heater but water is running out somehow everywhere, so you get a plastic basin to keep it under heater. So the floors of the room easily become all wet. Very rude lady staff at the restaurant. Very poor breakfast. Some of these complaints have been told to the Reception Desk but nothing changed, so no reason to go back and say more.

Very close from Nessebar and Sunny Beach centrum and from the beach. Very clean rooms, Very friendly and helpful hotel staff.

The room was cleaned every day, staff speaks many languages and they are very helpful. Its 50m away from Cacao beach, there is a supermarket across the street, the apartments are fully equiped with kitchen facilities, balconies in every room, comfortable bed, big living room with comfy furniture.

No wifi.. 4 stars hotel with no wifi in the rooms.. If you go to the lobby and there are more than 5 ppl connected, wifi crashes.

The room is quite big and clean.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged at my arrival and not at the end which made me feel awkward. I did not like the fact that all services were chargeable, the breakfast was very poor (more like a 2 star hotel), no wi-fi, no flat tv and no Eurosport tv (to watch le Tour), no closed parking. As a location, the hotel was 10 minutes away from the beach and ~ 3 km from the center of Sunny Beach. And I didn't like the fact that only 1 bancomat was nearby which was always out of service and this was a big problem as we had to go to Nesebar to have money to spend as there were few places where you can pay by card.

θα μπορούσα να μείνω μερικές μέρες ακόμα αν είχε free internet.

θόρυβος.... μα πολύ θόρυβος μεχρι αργα το βραδυ από τα γύρο μπαράκια και διάφορα κλιματιστικά μηχανήματα του ξενοδοχείου. πάντως αν είσαι κωφάλαλος θα περάσεις καλά !

Totul a fost bine , ne-am simtit foarte bine, personal foarte simpatic si prietenos, serviciile bune, curatenie exemplara, totul a fost relaxant, reconfortant , intr-un cuvant eu si iubitul meu ne-am simtit ca -in luna de miere-
