Nice room with balcony overlooking the street, simply furnished, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Plovdiv, friendly staff, free tea and coffee and really good value for money.

Of the 2 beds in the room one was a little uncomfortable but that wouldn't stop me staying there again

Miro, the owner, is terrific--helpful, funny and just savvy about what travellers need and want in their accommodations. There is a washer/dryer, coffeemaker/tea kettle and microwave available to guests. The location is in walking distance of the sights of Old Plovdiv as well as the South bus station and train station. Excellent place!

Staff were very helpful & friendly, plenty of room including small (communal) kitchen and eating area, outside balcony. Plug in the shower room basin (a pet phobia of mine as so many East European countries do not have them).

Stairs to the top of the house. Bathroom needs a rail/hooks for towels and a plug point near mirror for ladies to do their hair.

Problem with car park that was too small!

Specially the staff, he was really friendly and helpful.

The room didn´t have any chair or something to hang up the towels to get dry and the shower was without any separation to the toilet.

Perfect location-very close to the centre. The building and the rooms look authentic and charming. Our room was clean and big, beds are comfortable. It is possible to have tea or coffee in the lobby. The owner is friendly and always ready to help.

No AC, but there is a fan and it is possible to open windows for the street is quiet. Unfortunately the window can be opened very little. Rooms are on top floor, but we were helped with luggage.

The guest rooms are in the center of the city and restaurants and bars are reachable by walking. The staff was very friendly and always available. The included breakfast was complete and fresh.

Clean, nice staff

I lived in the nice mansard room under the roof ! It was GREAT. But! There was no conditioner, ad outside there t was near 42 in the shadow. So in the daytime there was very very hot under the room:( But the room is good - big, clear and beautiful, with old furniture and very nice balcon! So i was very glad to spend 1 night there! The breakfast was great too - national bulgarian food - banitsa, yougurts and coffee, tea and milk.

There was no conditioner in my room.

Only one bathroom, which is also a washing room for dishes.

The rooms are close to the downtown area. We could walk to see things. The evening staff especially was helpful with good English ability. The morning staff was more limited in English. Our room was comfortable and very clean. There was parking on site but limited. There was a locked gate which was good for security but also involved asking to get our car out. There is a washer and dryer that can be used for a fee. We would have loved it earlier on our trip but Plovdiv was our last destination so we just took our clothes home dirty.

The only double bed was in a room without ac. We had two twins put together which was okay. Breakfast was pretty bad. Choice of two types of box cereal or some rolled up bread with some kind of tomato with meat stuffing. Better for young people. The rooms are on the top floor and entrance is from the back. The picture makes it look like it's the whole building but it's just the top. The breakfast area was very small. Needs better signage as staff needs to come down to let you in. It was very unclear when we arrived especially as the front was covered with scaffolding.

It was close to both the rail station and to the main street in town. It was easy to find. The room was large and spacious. The breakfast was nice and the people open to questions.

They couldnt give me a map of the city, but told me how to get to the tourist information (who did have maps). My room got hot from the sun and didnt cool well in the afternoon/evenings. The room had a fan though

Cosy place, very central.

This guest house is in the centre of Plovdiv, and has a secure, locked, parking place. The friendly owner Miroslav was very helpfull, communicated with us during the trip about our late arrival, and brought us in middle of night to (very good and affordable) restaurant. The double room was large and clean.

We don't mind, but there is no elevator. Shower is simple, in toilet. It seems other guests had eaten our breakfast, or we couldn't find it and noone around to ask... But for the price charged, all is fine.

Everything was great but especially friendly staff and location. Genel olarak çok iyiydi.Otelin sahibi Miroslav gerçekten yardımsever ve nazik bir adam.Konum olarak da çok merkezi.

Poor breakfast.Kahvaltı sadece börekten oluşuyordu.

Matka 19.-23.10.2012. Sijainti erinomainen; lähellä linja-auto- ja rautatieasemaa sekä vanhaa kaupunkia ja keskeistä kävelykatua. Hotelli (= guesthouse) on rauhallinen ja siisti, ystävällinen vastaanotto, teetä ja kahvia tarjolla ilmaiseksi, ja jääkaappi vieraiden käytettävissä. Huoneemme oli sisäpihalle päin ja tilava. Kaikki vierashuoneet sijaitsevat 4. kerroksessa, jossa viehättävä pieni terassi tupakointimahdollisuuksineen, pesuhuone pyykkikoneineen, allas astioden pesuun, wc ja suihku ja kaikki nämä samassa tilassa! Mainiota! Meidän huoneessa oli oma suihku- ja wc-tila, joka oli pieni. - Kokonaisuudessaan hotellissa oli vanhan talon tunnelmaa! Saman kadun varrella myös pari pientä elintarvikekauppaa ja muita liikkeitä. Hinta-laatu -suhde oli kohdallaan! Voin suositella, ja mennä uudelleenkin samaan majapaikkaan.

Suurin miinus oli se, että huoneemme wc- ja suihkutilassa ei ollut lainkaan koukkuja, joihin olisi voinut ripustaa pyyhkeen. Lisäksi allas oli niin pieni ettei siinä voinut pestä kunnolla edes kasvoja. Koukkujen puuttuminen aiheutti hankaluuksia, jotka ratkaisimme omalla tavallamme. Patjat olivat jo liian kuluneet, vaatisivat uusimisen. Kokonaisarvosana silti 8,8/10.

Избрахме хотела, поради благоприятното разположение спрямо мястото, където бе нашето участие. Приятна обстановка, прилично чисти стаи. Наличие на интернет връзка.

Стаите са разположени на последния етаж, няма асансьор и ако гостите са с тежки куфари е малко неудобно. Почистването на стаите се извършва след предварителна заявка.
