The amenities, such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Ideal for the business trip with wi fi in receiption area Mostly caters for people from east of Bulgaria, apart from the staff there were no English speaking people staying there and in our room all information was written in hebrew |

The hotel has wifi, parking lots just in front, good food selection for the breakfast. Perfect value for the money. No suggestion, everything really nice. |

Rooms are clean, staff speaks a bit English, access to Casino and some money to spend. Fairly good price for the room. Breakfast is impossible, very small room, lot of people, low food variety. Coffee is just a coloured water. Only 5 parking places in front of the hotel, to park the car u need to drive the entire resort to reach hotel parking place. Would clasify it to max 3 stars, not 4. |

Nice sea&resort panoramic view from the 8th floor. Fresh food for breakfast (plenty vegetable & fruits). Nice outdoor pool. Better driving direction. Better ascending facilities (only 2 small elevators for a 12 stories building). They have to repair bathroom facilities (broken shower & hair dryer). Small room. Dirty windows. Bad taste coffe. The overall impression about the hotel is that it is not a 4 star hotel (hardly 3 star). |

We had a very nice view from the 14th floor, the room was over our expectations and the bath very clean. Very good value for the money. |

The breakfast was ok, not too varied but enough and tasty. The room, including the bathroom was spacious and clean. And the sea view was great also. |

Nice hotel with possibily for parking in front ( 10-12 cars) which is very important in Bulgaria. The rooms are like in photos and were clean. I will come back. The staff was great and almost everyone speaks english. The hotel wasn't close to the beach, but the roard through the there had manny little stores; and it was pleasant. Breakfast could be more various. They should try to offer all incusive for those who wants. |

Comfy bed, nice view and the fact that they changed the towels daily.I Would defenetly recomend it to someone who just wants a clean place in exchange of a small accomodation cost. Best "hostel" i've ever seen. The hotel is far from the beach (abt 700-800 meters). Nobody speaks english. They have 2 very smaaaall elevators that fit max 3 persons. They have 2 or 3 english channels only and the rest of the channels are bulgarian or free porn non stop. |

We had a very nice view from the 12th floor, a hidromasage bathtub the bathroom got flooded every time we took a shower.hard to find the hotel.P.S. watch out where you park your car in golden sands,they abusively pick up the cars of foreigners and ask you for 50eur to give it back to you.the police doesn't care...nor do they speak english |

Rich buffet breakfast, nice pool, within 10 min walking distance from the beach, clean room, great sea view, great location, very close to public transportation (bus stop). NOTE: that on the map it has a wrong location. In real it is in almost in the center of Golden Sands, it is next to Hotel Perla and Warshava hotel. nothing was bothering. |

the havana had everything you needed to hand ,center of resort , fantastic pool area ,excellent cleanliness, more than helpfull staff always willing to help . beautifull casino (not that i used it as i wouldnt know where to start.) more brits should use this hotel . internet very poor but that will be up and comming |

The location is amazing. This is a complex of many hotels with lots of restaurants, bars and water sports. It is highly recommended for young people who come there to party, but it is also nice and relaxing for others. The complex is on the beach (the hotel is 5 minutes walking distance), and offers excellent value for money. The place there is called "Golden Sands", so make a search before you go to be prepared. We loved it. Golden Sands is about 15km from Varna. GPS coordinates (latitue): N43 16.951' E028 02.300' Some people may be disappointed from the fact that it has a "movies in the 80s" look. But the rooms were very nice, ours even had a bath tub with hydro-massage! There is also internet and a swimming pool. |

I strongly recommend this hotel as all services were very good. We stayed at 14th floor with a fantastic see view. The breakfast was various and enough for everybody. Easily to get to the seaside. Parking in front of the hotel. It was a bit complicated to get to the hotel, due to the small and one way streets, but finally we managed with the help of a taxi driver. |

Interesujacy hotel, ze wspaniałym widokiem (pokój 14 piętro) przez przeszkloną scianę, 8 minut od plaży, bardzo blisko centrum Złotych Piasków, bezpłatny parking, bezpłatny Internet bezprzewodowy w pokoju, bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji, basen i basen dla dzieci, bezpłatne leżaki i parasole Powinno być lepsze śniadanie, czystość w pokojach (szczególnie pod łóżkami), balkon lepiej zabezpieczony (zbyt duże "szpary" - uwaga na dzieci), raczej nie jest to hotel dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi (kasyno) |

mic dejun variat,dar total fara gust:cafea proasta,paine veche,unt topit,fructe deloc proaspete;restaurant urat si murdar;personal cu care te poti greu intelege deoarece niciunul nu cunoaste bine engleza.Baie care se inunda permanent pentru ca avea o scurgere eficienta.Hotel bulgaro-evreiesc(toate anunturile sunt bilingve in aceste limbi) foarte scump comparativ cu ceea ce ofera.Deosebit de departe de plaja,situat pe deal la aproximativ 1 km de plaja. |
