The Helios Spa Hotel is a brand new luxury spa hotel with wealth of leisure facilities including a spectacular Spa and Wellness Center "Aphrodite Beauty Spa and Health Clinic". The hotel is located at 350 m. to the beach.

It offers a friendly welcome and comfortable stay. The Hotel's excellent facilities include a choice of pools (one indoor heated and two outdoor in green area), day-time activities and evening entertainments including folk shows, music and dancing. Suitable for all ages, families and couples.

All older children or adults are charged 38 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Hotel information

The spa occupies 1500 m² inside the complex. It offers a diagnostic area, medical appointments, electric and light therapies, oxygen therapy, heat therapy, mud and paraffin treatments, hydrotherapy and massage departments. There is also healing gymnastics, reflexology and traditional Chinese medicine (acupuncture, moxibustion, auriculotherapy zhi-bu, laser, foot reflexology). You can also enjoy beauty body treatments, the beauty salon and hair salon.

The complex offers as well an indoor swimming pool, 2 saunas, steam room, jacuzzi and a modern solarium.

Area information

The Golden sands resort is 17 kilometers north of the city of Varna and near the Golden Sands National Park. It is the largest resort on the Northern Black Sea coast, with richly wooded hills, white golden beaches and clear blue sea. There are a lot of mineral water springs, which have a flow of 150 m/sec. The resort’s beach strip is 3,5 km. long and up to 100 m wide. The average air temperature in summer is 27-30 degree and the water temperature is 25-28 degree.

The hotel is located at 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from the beach.

Please note that we do not accept Amex as a guarantee of the booking. We accept only Visa or Mastercard. In case that you do not have sufficient funds in the credit card, corresponding to the price of the first night, or the credit card is declined your booking will not be honoured.
For cash payments the price will be increased with 15% due to local taxes.

Adult and Children combination:

Two adults and one child - the child (aged 2 to 12) stays free of charge.
One adult and one child (aged 2 to 12) using a regular bed receives 50% off the bed price.
One adult and two children (aged 2 to 12) - each child receives 50% off the bed price.
Two adults and two children in Apartment -second child receives 50% off the Sea View room bed price.
Third adult in a double room pays 40% of the room price on Bed&Breakfast.
Third adult in Apartment receives 25% off the Sea View room bed price.
Fourth adult in Apartment receives 50% off the Sea View room bed price.

Cleanliness of the room, indoor pool, nice view of the sea.

Poor organisation. At breakfast the tables were not cleaned for a long wile and we had to wait a lot, there were not enough dishes, there was only one coffee machine and a big queue was formed. They asked me twice about a voucher that I was suposed to have besides the confirmation from booking.com. I had to pay leva and they woulnd't accept euro and the exchange rate at the hotel was very bad.

unbelievable but true: it went smooooooth :) I had some bad feelings about travelling to BG for the first time , and using booking.com to handle my res. but at the front desk in the hotel it took only a "Hello, reservation through booking.com" to get my room.

I like just the inside pool,but is opened till 7 o'clock in the
eavining.

Cleaning the room was verry bad,i had to please for cleaning,it was not
the posibility to order food,we had to pay some mony and to eat what
they had prepared for the one that chouse all inclusiv.THIS Hotel does
not worth the 5 stars that he has.

gute ruhige lage sehr schöne zimmer

man sollte besser auswärts essen gehen ,da das hotelessen und der essraum eher einer ganz billigen kantine ähndeln ( auch sehr schmutzig)
