The staff were especially helpful, particularly the reception staff and Stanislav, the chef in the Dionysis Restaurant. My original booking had requested a bath not a shower, and this was not available the night I arrived. So I had to move rooms on the second day so I could have a bath. This was not a fault with the staff, who were exceedingly helpful. |

it's a very comfortable hotel, clean, pleasant, with plenty of activities to keep you busy, good food and friendly staff the hotel was an oasis surrounded by a rather rough, dodgy and dirty way to the beach and shops. The entire Golden Sand Resort isn't a place I would recommand to anyone for a dream holiday... appart from the beach front and first line of shops, hotels, restaurants and bars... the rest of the resort is not pleasant to say the least... |

Cleanliness of the room, indoor pool, nice view of the sea. Poor organisation. At breakfast the tables were not cleaned for a long wile and we had to wait a lot, there were not enough dishes, there was only one coffee machine and a big queue was formed. They asked me twice about a voucher that I was suposed to have besides the confirmation from booking.com. I had to pay leva and they woulnd't accept euro and the exchange rate at the hotel was very bad. |

Hotelul ofera posibilitatea achizitionarii la receptie a serviciului de all inclusive optional.Acest lucru l-am perceput ca pe o facilitate ptr ca meniul nu este foarte variat si ai posibilitatea sa maninci in statiune la momentul cind meniul se repeta.Serviciul de spa este o facilitate oferita de hotel dar foarte scumpa.Personalul este bine intentionat. SAerviciul de parking oferit de hotel este inclus in tariful camerei dar nu are personal angajat ptr supravegherea acestuia si nici servicii de inregistrare video 24/24 h asa ca este mai mult o treaba de incredere cind parchezi acolo.Daca se pune macar o bariera ptr selectarea masinilor ce au acces acolo ar crea un confort psihic turistilor cu masina lasata in parcare. |

Un loc bun pentru SPA si relaxare, pretul foarte bun raportat la ce se ofera si mult mai multa valoare fata de ce se ofera pe litoralul romanesc. |

Service minded personal Tycker inte att standarden pa rummet motsvarar 5 stjarnigt hotell. Endast fatal parkeringsplatser sa man fick parkera 200 meter fran hotellet till en kostnad. |

este spatios,piscina si centrul spa sunt bine pregatite pentru turisti,hotelul este bun pentru odihna. curatenie trebuie facuta zilnic,personalul pluteste,nu este calificat,reduse preturile la restaurant |

gute ruhige lage sehr schöne zimmer man sollte besser auswärts essen gehen ,da das hotelessen und der essraum eher einer ganz billigen kantine ähndeln ( auch sehr schmutzig) |
