Non è un albergo 5 stelle, il ristorante non può vantare niente ne qualità ne pulizia, nell'opzione all inclusive il non incluso è veramente ridicolo, il centro termale non si può definire tale. |

Staff was very helpful. Our thanks to them. Booking.com classifies it as 5 star hotel. However, it does not provide what we would normally expect from a 5 star hotel (quality of breakfast, interior of the room, bathroom, furnishing, sound isolation...). It is an excellent 3 star or maybe a weak 4 star hotel. Since we got it for a half-discounted price; it was a good value for the money. At full price we would be really disappointed. |

we liked the spa center the inside swimming pool is very big,breakfast was very good lots of choices of food,the rooms were big and comfortable they demanded the payment immediatly as we arrived in a strict way usually as a big traveler i always pay in checkout time |

Good value for money. They said that the interior swimming pool has 30 degrees Celsius but it was cold.Sauna was in the men's bathroom...Only a few members of the staff speak english. |

the only positive thing about this hotel was the view from my room almost everything. the services and the staff were poor. In theory there are all services and conditions for a 5 star hotel, but in practice all these conditions were fulfilled at the lowest standards. there was no roomsevice although it the roomservice menu it said that its a 24 hour service |

The staff were especially helpful, particularly the reception staff and Stanislav, the chef in the Dionysis Restaurant. My original booking had requested a bath not a shower, and this was not available the night I arrived. So I had to move rooms on the second day so I could have a bath. This was not a fault with the staff, who were exceedingly helpful. |

it's a very comfortable hotel, clean, pleasant, with plenty of activities to keep you busy, good food and friendly staff the hotel was an oasis surrounded by a rather rough, dodgy and dirty way to the beach and shops. The entire Golden Sand Resort isn't a place I would recommand to anyone for a dream holiday... appart from the beach front and first line of shops, hotels, restaurants and bars... the rest of the resort is not pleasant to say the least... |

Hotelul arata jalnic . Camera era jegoasa, cu mocheta taiata si murdara, telecomanda era sparta si legata cu banda izoler. Nu este un hotel de 5 stele si nu il recomand. |

camera curata, micul dejun a fost ok, personalul de la receptie vorbeste engleza, foarte multe programe speciale pentru copii. In general conditiile au fost civilizate la piscina muzica era data la maxim de dimineata pana seara - uneori ne doream sa fie putina liniste |

A hotel sokkal inkább 3 vagy 4 csillagos, mint 5. A szoba elég tágas volt, a tengerre néző szobából szép volt a kilátás. A part gyalog kb. 20-30 percre van, de egy távolabbi partra kisvonat visz le, sajnos csak óránként egyszer, viszont az a partszakasz sokkal szebb mint az amit gyalog lehet megközelíteni. Aranyhomokot tudom ajánlani azoknak akik a szeretik a nyüzsgést a bulizást, a sokszinűséget A szoba felszereltsége nagyon alacsony. Sajnos nem volt a szobában széf, vízforraló, a minibárban egy üveg ásványvíz volt. A takarítás sem volt megfelelő, jobbára csak az ágyat vetették be. A szoba berendezése rattan volt, ami elég ízléses, viszont az ágy zavaróan nyikorgott minden mozdulatra. Az all inclusive ellátást nem ajánlom senkinek. Az árban foglalt kávé számomra ihatatlan volt, a rendes kávéért fizetni kell, az üditők sem voltak túl jók, még ingyen sem kellettek. Egyedül a sör volt ízletes. A medence partján felállított két bár közül az egyikben nem volt érvényes az all inclusive, a masik viszont szanalmasan lepusztult volt. A szállodán látszik, hogy régen tényleg 5 csillagos volt, sajnos ma már nem az. |

Hotelul ofera posibilitatea achizitionarii la receptie a serviciului de all inclusive optional.Acest lucru l-am perceput ca pe o facilitate ptr ca meniul nu este foarte variat si ai posibilitatea sa maninci in statiune la momentul cind meniul se repeta.Serviciul de spa este o facilitate oferita de hotel dar foarte scumpa.Personalul este bine intentionat. SAerviciul de parking oferit de hotel este inclus in tariful camerei dar nu are personal angajat ptr supravegherea acestuia si nici servicii de inregistrare video 24/24 h asa ca este mai mult o treaba de incredere cind parchezi acolo.Daca se pune macar o bariera ptr selectarea masinilor ce au acces acolo ar crea un confort psihic turistilor cu masina lasata in parcare. |

Service minded personal Tycker inte att standarden pa rummet motsvarar 5 stjarnigt hotell. Endast fatal parkeringsplatser sa man fick parkera 200 meter fran hotellet till en kostnad. |

este spatios,piscina si centrul spa sunt bine pregatite pentru turisti,hotelul este bun pentru odihna. curatenie trebuie facuta zilnic,personalul pluteste,nu este calificat,reduse preturile la restaurant |
