Cleanliness of the room, indoor pool, nice view of the sea. Poor organisation. At breakfast the tables were not cleaned for a long wile and we had to wait a lot, there were not enough dishes, there was only one coffee machine and a big queue was formed. They asked me twice about a voucher that I was suposed to have besides the confirmation from booking.com. I had to pay leva and they woulnd't accept euro and the exchange rate at the hotel was very bad. |

Indoor pool Service poor and very slow, lack of facilities in restaurant, food basic, directions terrible (why not have a map of where exactly the hotel is on the website? |

unbelievable but true: it went smooooooth :) I had some bad feelings about travelling to BG for the first time , and using booking.com to handle my res. but at the front desk in the hotel it took only a "Hello, reservation through booking.com" to get my room. |

I like just the inside pool,but is opened till 7 o'clock in the eavining. Cleaning the room was verry bad,i had to please for cleaning,it was not the posibility to order food,we had to pay some mony and to eat what they had prepared for the one that chouse all inclusiv.THIS Hotel does not worth the 5 stars that he has. |

gute ruhige lage sehr schöne zimmer man sollte besser auswärts essen gehen ,da das hotelessen und der essraum eher einer ganz billigen kantine ähndeln ( auch sehr schmutzig) |
