Το Hi Hotel είναι ένα ζεστό, μικρό οικογενειακό, boutique ξενοδοχείο με μοναδικό σχεδιασμό, το οποίο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης Βάρνα, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το πάρκο Sea Garden. Προσφέρει δωρεάν Wi-Fi πρόσβαση στο internet. Τα κλιματιζόμενα, κομψά δωμάτια διαθέτουν καλωδιακή τηλεόραση και μίνι μπαρ. Η εσωτερική διακόσμηση αλλάζει κάθε 3 μήνες σύμφωνα με τις εποχές και τις αργίες. Υπάρχει ένα μικρό κατάστημα πώλησης χειροποίητων προϊόντων και αντικειμένων. Amazing staff, lovely hotel, had a great stay. My roommate complained that you could smell urine at times, however, in the bathroom. The shower flooded the entire bathroom too. Also, there was a lot of noise at night, the window was tiny and the outlets were not accessible. However, wifi was great, breakfast lovely, entire hotel was really night and the hotel staff were exceptional.

The staff was very kind and helpful - btw the lady in the reception recommended us very good Bulgarian restaurant (the old stylish one, close to the sea port). The hotel has a very good location, as it is only 5 minutes walking from the main sites.

A small hotel run by sisters and very pleasant staff. Located close to the main street in Varna with restaurants and bars in nearby side streets. The hotel has been thoughtfully decorated with lots of interesting boutique style accessories. The rooms were large, clean, well maintained and had character. The shower room, although compact was clean and modern. The breakfast room and buffet is very pleasant All the staff were very helpful and made every effort to make the stay enjoyable - which it was. The shower is on a wet room design but unfortunately everything gets soaked including toilet rolls, towels and sink. Breakfast is a lovely buffet but it didnt change at all in the six days

We found the hotel very comfortable and clean the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was ideally placed for the centre and a short walk to the beach. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Great customer service. Freindly staff, who were always at hand to help. Good location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and main shopping & restaurant area. Would happily recommend and come back again. Only a slight niggle were the situation of the lights and no bed-side lamps so you had to get out of bed to switch the lights on or off. However that is literally picking at hairs.

cozy and homy place, very helpful and very nice staff. small inconvenients but nothing relevant (for instance, no shelves to put your stuff in the bathroom)

A very pleasant hotel with an extremely helpful staff. Well located for the centre of town but hard to find so beware if driving! Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast adequate but not spectacular. Hard to find. Breakfast could have been improved with the addition of fresh fruit, orange juice and bread.

This was our second time at this hotel and is so central for shopping and restaurants or walking to the sea gardens and the beach. Varna is just a lovely city on The Black Sea We could have done with a waste basket in the main bedroom even though there was one in the bathroom. Only a small detail really

friendly staff, perfect location for city walks, beautiful building with nice design of the common areas ( lobby, bar, restaurant, corridors), but very basic in the room the car parking is on the street in front of the hotel which could be an issue in some hours of the day; ask for room not looking at the main street to avoid the traffic noise ; as recommendations : 1.breakfast could include more ( and always) fresh vegitables in summer season; 2.The lights in the room could be switch off only near the entrance not close to the bed , which is not the best option after night reading...

Fast internet connection. Staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful in answering to any queries. Room very clean. The reception staff speak perfect english.

Visiting the city, proximity to shops, nice bars and restaurants. High quality rooms, with helpful friendly staff. Easy to walk to the centre of varna and to the sea gardens and beach. We enjoyed a lovely 2 nights here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Varna especiallt for a city break.
