the staff were welcoming and so helpful. buffet breakfast was fresh and satisifying with enough choice location good for shops bars restaurants but near beach for summer we would use this hotel again

The hotel is located in a quiet area. Nice staff. Interesting decoration.

In the bathroom, after you tahe a shower, water is all over the foor of the bathroom. There is no isolated area of the shower.

Hard to find Expensive Key to operate room electricity

Fantastic staff, great rooms, brilliant location - close to everything.

I would like to see higher quality food for breakfasts at the hotel in the future for the price of the rooms. The salads and cereals were good but some really top quality eggs, sausages and better cold meats and coffee. A Nespresso Machine or something similar would be a really great addition as the Nescafe machine popular in Bulgaria actually make very average coffee.

Friendly reception staff. Good breakfast. Spotlessly clean throughout. Full wi-fI facilities throughout. Close to beach and restaurants and shops. Secure.

For me personally, the lack of evening activity was a negative. I would have liked a hotel bar/restaurant with more people about in the evenings. I know some people prefer the quietness but not me.

I loved very much the fancy design,and the kindness of the hotel staff. The location was also perfect,everything was just 15 minutes walk away. I also liked that the check out was between 11 and 12 so we had time to relax after breakfast.

Very nice interior, the optimal location, friendly and helpful staff. One can see that everything is arranged in a lot of love.

There was a moldy smell in the hotel.

The staff when we checked in early were great - room was ready, they gave us a map and booked us in for lunch at a really lovely restaurant. Our atic room was really light and lovely.

The roof terrace is really impressive but it needs a bar and chairs

The staff were very nice and helpful, giving advice and recommending a great restaurant. The room was nice and the location is almost perfect.

The lack of enclosed shower seems to be standard in Bulgaria, but the bathroom floor didn't drain properly, so there was a pool of water against the wall the whole time. There was also a faint smell from the bathroom sink, which also seems common in Bulgaria. The bathroom was still very clean, though.

I very much liked the very friendly staff at Hi Boutique Hotel as well as the perfect location in the center of Varna. The room and the other facilities were clean and comfortable.

Just two details: 1. There was sometimes a light sewage smell in the bathroom. 2. Very early in the morning I got woken up by a seagull calling very loud just above my window! but I guess this belongs to Varna :)

A real find..A Lovely Hotel in the centre within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Cathedral. The Reception staff are very warm and friendly and give good tips where to eat. The rooms are 'decorated' with objects from the past...and the decor is changed and updated every couple of months. There is a 24 hour reception.

Очень уютный, удачно расположенный в самом центре Варны отель. Замечательный и предупредительный персонал.

Холодильник мини-бара в первую ночь раздражал своим гудением. Можно, конечно, его было отключить, но тогда придраться не к чему.

Расположение в уютном старом райончике и, в то же время, в пешеходной доступности от центра города. Хорошее, новое здание, аккуратные номера, милый приветливый персонал.
