Hi Boutique Hotel  

It just fantastic

A small hotel run by sisters and very pleasant staff. Located close to the main street in Varna with restaurants and bars in nearby side streets. The hotel has been thoughtfully decorated with lots of interesting boutique style accessories. The rooms were large, clean, well maintained and had character. The shower room, although compact was clean and modern. The breakfast room and buffet is very pleasant All the staff were very helpful and made every effort to make the stay enjoyable - which it was.

The shower is on a wet room design but unfortunately everything gets soaked including toilet rolls, towels and sink. Breakfast is a lovely buffet but it didnt change at all in the six days

Great customer service. Freindly staff, who were always at hand to help. Good location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and main shopping & restaurant area. Would happily recommend and come back again.

Only a slight niggle were the situation of the lights and no bed-side lamps so you had to get out of bed to switch the lights on or off. However that is literally picking at hairs.

A very pleasant hotel with an extremely helpful staff. Well located for the centre of town but hard to find so beware if driving! Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast adequate but not spectacular.

Hard to find. Breakfast could have been improved with the addition of fresh fruit, orange juice and bread.

Amazing staff, lovely hotel, had a great stay. My roommate complained that you could smell urine at times, however, in the bathroom. The shower flooded the entire bathroom too. Also, there was a lot of noise at night, the window was tiny and the outlets were not accessible. However, wifi was great, breakfast lovely, entire hotel was really night and the hotel staff were exceptional.

This was our second time at this hotel and is so central for shopping and restaurants or walking to the sea gardens and the beach. Varna is just a lovely city on The Black Sea

We could have done with a waste basket in the main bedroom even though there was one in the bathroom. Only a small detail really

Fast internet connection. Staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful in answering to any queries. Room very clean. The reception staff speak perfect english.

Great location and good value for money. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Die einzigartigkeit des Hotels

In den zimmern ist es ein hauch kälter als erwünscht und die klimaanlagen machen es nicht sehr gemütlich. Man kann auch einiges am frühstücks bufet verbessern.
