Были в августе 2009г. Отель изумительный, соответствует своему названию, шикарный дизайн, европейский уровень. Расположен в тихом месте, но в 2-ух мин ходьбы от пешеходной зоны с магазинами, банками и кафе, и в 5-ти минутах от набережной и морского парка. Отличная европейская кухня. Очень довольны, советуем всем. |

В этом отеле работают очень доброжелательные и радушные люди, готовые подсказать и помочь в любой ситуации. Менеджер отеля Елизабет Кавафян и служащие относились к нам, как к своим добрым друзьям. Всегда приятно, когда тебя встречают милой и естественной улыбкой. Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых. Возможно, стоит подумать о наличии ресторана в отеле или о доставке в отель горячего ужина. |

Wonderful staff who made a romantic stay totally memorable. They smiled, were helpful, even spotted K's birthday coming up and wished many happy returns for the coming day. We shall always remember our stay at the Hi Boutique Hotel. Only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Maybe we'll be back soon! |

An enjoyable 3 nights in a renovated period building with comfortable, large rooms. Very helpful staff. There was a problem with my room in that the basin leaked and I was immediately upgraded to another room. Only that breakfast could have been more imagiative |

Staff was wonderful. Room was very attractive, comfortable, and furnished with high-quality furniture and details. Location is perfect--quiet, pretty, tree-lined street, yet just a five minute walk to the bustling city center and ten minutes to the beach. The free, high-speed wi-fi throughout the hotel was very convenient. And the mini-bar prices are actually reasonable--not much more than grocery store prices! If you do not need amenities like spa, pool, and fitness center, this hotel is perfect. We'll certainly stay there again. There were no significant disappointments, and many nice surprises. |

First the hotel is extremely elegant, clean and quiet although it is located right in the center. The entrance is beautiful, the room was spacious and i felt better than at home. The staff was very nice as well giving good advices about palces for shopping. i just loved everything. If i come back to Varna, i ll come back to thsi place for sure. |

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, all of our requests were attended to. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with an excellent air-conditioning system. The hotel was generally very clean and well run. It's in an ideal location, handy for both the beach and the city centre. The breakfasts were also nice. |

An excellent hotel with a remarkable staff. Always very clean and very helpful. Location is great with 5 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute to city centre. As we travelled with our 2 year old son we appreciated this combination a lot. |

Located in the centre but in a quiet street. The rooms are very nice and even more important very very clean. The hotel gives you a feeling of "family run", but at the same time the staff is very professional. It is clear that the hotel management and staff want you to enjoy the time you spend there, and do what they can to make this happen. If I go back to Varna I'll definitively go back to this hotel. |

We loved the service - staff were so friendly & helpful! They couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was continental but lot's of it. The room was extremely clean, clean towels, beds made & refill of shampoo etc everyday. Decoration & attention to detail was lovely. They had wifi but no computer for you to use. (Very minor problem). |

The staff were amazingly helpful and absolutely lovely, they recommended restaurants, beaches and onward hotels. Room was beautiful, large, relaxing and soft colourings. |

As soon as my friend and i got to the hotel, i felt "at home". i felt very comfortable Extremely charming, every corner with a nice and thoughtful detail as decoration Exquisite taste. A very nice experience. one of the nicest hotels I've been to. |

this is a very friendly family run hotel which could not make you feel more welcome . We were picked up at the airport in style and the hotel is spotless clean . when our time was over they said goodbye and hugged us like long lost friends . most enjoyable and definately would book there again . this is not a criticism but maybe a suggestion that at breakfast time they could introduce flavoured yoghurts and fruit ... not a big fan of bulgarian breakfast .... |

Das Hotel ist in nähe der Fußgängerzone. Es ist sauber und das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt keine verständigungs Probleme da Englisch und teilweise auch Deutsch gesprochen wird. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders |
