everything was great. Our staying there were full of nice suprises. The stuff were polite, the rooms renovated, clean and nice. the hotel is at the city center, very good location!! |

Hotel clean in the center of Sofia. Parking not free, it is non acceptable for Hilton cathegorie. Health center very bad, swimming pool not suitable for Hilton hotels small, not clean. Internet very very expensive EUR20 / day. Internet wireless often free on 5 star hotels novadays. |

It is close to the centre. It´s a standard/Hilton, so you know what to expect, and that is what you get. |

Very comfortable, good room, excellent restaurant, parking facility, close to center of town, relatively easy to find when coming to Sofia by car 10 Euro /day to park the car a bit expensive |

Mycket sköna sängar! Den omtalade Chateaubrianden fanns inte längre på menyn, men köket ordnade den ändå. Goda lokala´viner. Hotellet ligger granne med stort shoppingcenter. Litet minus att de hade missat vinglas i minibaren. Den omtalade brunchen hade sommaruppehåll. |

Lo staff è estrememente efficiente e la struttura è abbastanza accogliente. Ogni dipendente punta alla soddisfazione di ogni richiesta del cliente. L'Hotel non è localizzato proprio nel centro, è anzi necessario un taxi o, in alternativa, una lunga camminata prima di arrivare al centro storico di Sofia e questo, a mio avviso lo penalizza molto. Non ritengo equo il rapporto qualità/prezzo in quanto, nonostante sia un 5 stelle, il prezzo della camera non copre tutti i servizi addizionali. Ogni altro servizio è a pagamento, dall'utilizzo di internet o del wi-fi in camera e nelle aree comuni alla visione di film in camera, anche il noleggio di un adattatore di corrente per il notebook (7,5 euro). In queste strutture ogni servizio addizionale dovrebbe essere incluso nel prezzo. E' possibile soggiornare in altri hotel in centro che offrono un servizio migliore a costi più concorrenziali. |

Muy cerca del centro, pero no es para tanto. Seguro que hay hoteles mejores a igual precio. El personal solo hace caso a los huespedes de usa, el resto no pintamos nada ensu hotel. Es un hotel para americanos. Me cobraron 2 veces la habitación (supongo que por error). |
