This hotel offers excellent customer service. We were welcomed and looked after very well from moment we arrived. The owners were very friendly and helpful and everything we asked for was provided. The hotel itself was really clean and comfortable and in a lovely natural setting. The breakfast was wonderful, freshly cooked to order and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The only drawback was that it was difficult to find from the directions given. I didn't realise that it was in a village a little way outside the town but it was easy to locate eventually.

Very friendly and nice owners, fabulous view from the window, clean, comfortable and high level accommodation. The best night stay in Bulgaria for us. The only thing was stupid driving directions, so that it took the essential effort for us to find it. The advice is to call to the hotel for the directions next time

Hotel staff are available to answer our requests.The rooms are very spacious with new furniture.The windows are smoked glass windows and all rooms have a mountain view. Traditional food is very good.The chef is willing to answer our requests. Although the site is written that the Internet is available in the hotel and free, it is entirely missing.I did not we connect, so I gave up looking for the network.

こじんまりした家族経営の宿ですが、スタッフ、施設、メハナともに素晴らしい！ロケーションは、普通の田舎- 村の中にあるので、ブルガリアの田舎を感じられます。少しは知れば、エタラ野外博物館があります（伝統工芸- などの店が軒を連ねる）。ご夫婦の暖かい対応が受けられると思います！

Na verdade, este hotel é uma espécie de casa de família. Os donos são amorosos. Ela fala bem inglês, e ele alemão e arranha espanhol. Tudo é feito de forma familiar e atenciosa. Fica na estrada, a uns 5 minutos de carro, que leva à a famosíssima vila-museu de Etar (ou Etara). Portanto, passa Gabrovo e segue em direcção a Etar. Ao virar em direcção a Etar, o hotel fica logo a seguir (há placa na estrada), depois tem de entrar na aldeia.

Leider haben wir nur 2 Nächte im Hitar Petar verbracht... Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt mit dem perfekt bayrisch sprechenden Besitzer und seiner Frau, die perfekt englisch spricht. Beide sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch unsere Söhne hatten ohne gemeinsame Sprache viel Spaß miteinander! Unser Apartement war sehr groß ebenso das Badezimmer. Wir können allen, die auf eine gemütliche und familiäre Unterkunft Wert legen, das Hitar Petar nur wärmstens empfehlen! Es liegt auch ideal für viele Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (das Freilichtmuseum Etara ist nur einige Minuten entfernt und nette Städte und Städtchen sind im Umkreis von 15-50km schnell zu erreichen.) Die Landschaft ist sehr schön und man freut sich, nach einem interessanten Tag wieder "heimzukommen!

Zeer verzorgde kamer. Lekker en voldoende ontbijt, vraag gerust wat bij als je tekort komt. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die perfect Duits spreekt. Dichtbij enkele belangrijke bezienswaardigheden van het Bulgaarse binnenland. Prijs/Kwaliteit zeer goed !!! Aanrader !

Am stat in acest hotel in perioada 15-17.07.2011, camera 1. A fost ok. Curat, liniste. Proprietarii hotelului sunt foarte amabili si vorbesc engelza si germana. Exista loc de parcare pentru masini in curte. Semnalul GSM este cam slab, dar fara sa puna mari probleme. Micul dejun este fara excese. Recomand. In cele doua nopti n-am gasit ceva negativ, de reprosat.

Sehr freundliche Leute, viel ruhe, saubere und sehr grosse und schoene Zimmer,gutes essen.Der Besitzer spricht sehr gut deutsch und seine Frau sehr gut englisch.Falls wir wieder Bulgarien besuchen werden werden wir mit sicherheit dort uebrnachten.Man kann auch viele Ausfluege von dort machen : Schipka , Etara....Camere mari , curate , multa liniste, mancarea buna.Vorbitori de limba germana si engleza, se pot face excursii in pasu Shipka .Hotelul este pe drumul spre Etara.Recomand acest hotel.

Schoene grosse Zimmer, wunderschoener Garten , man kann von dort Ausfluege machen : Shipka, Etara U.S.W.. Der Besitzer spricht sehr gut deutsch und seinde Frau englisch..........Camere spatiose , o gradina frumoasa , se manaca F. bine. Se pot face excursii in pasu Sipka, Etara, in munti.Proprietarul vb. F. bine germana , sotia lui engleza.Un loc unde te poti relaxa, multa liniste.

Η επαφή με τους ιδιοκτήτες. Πολύ φιλόξενοι. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε σεσουάρ. Επίσης, θα πρέπει να τοποθετήσουν άγκιστρα για τις πετσέτες κοντά στο νεροχύτη.

L'ospitalità e la disponibilità dei proprietari, l'ambiente familiare, le stanze molto spaziose, la cucina casalinga. Non è facile trovarlo, soprattutto se si arriva di sera, dovrebbe mettere un' insegna, meglio se luminosa: é ben indicato lungo il percorso, ma quando si arriva non si vede bene, perchè, pur avendo una bella corte spaziosa, rimane un po' nascosto dentro il villaggio.
