Holiday Inn Sofia  

I appreciated very much the cleanliness of the room, it was one of the cleanest hotels I ever stayed. Tha staff is friendly but they do not really help when you need. The hotel has a good, safe underground parking. It's a very good location forr business, especially for the ones who work in Business Park Sofia.

The air condition is automatic and you should call the front desk to increase or decrease the temperature. I've asked them for 2 times to increase the temperature but I didn't feel a real chane. During the night it's very cold, I've asked them to switch off the air condition, they promised to do it but the air condition was still working. Altough it is shown in booking.com that they have shuttle bus to the city center, the front desk staff told me that shuttle bus is just for the airport. There are not bathrobes and slippers in the rooms.

Why do you have to pay for wifi at a business hotel, 6€ a hour

Excellent quality and comfort. Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good and included in the room's price. Very good and cheap lunch buffet. Great pool and spa. 24H parking services for free.

Internet connection is very expensive There are no slippers in the rooms.

Everything was ok, staff friendly and professional, food was ok as well as breakfast. Nice the spa structure.

The facilities were nice and the hotel was next to a new cinema which is a plus in Sofia.

That the option for 3 single beds does not exist. They only have double beds and a couch (which is not comfortable). And the other option is only 2 single beds. The option is the double bed with the couch or add an extra bed, which was not described on the website. The hotel, having 5 stars, should describe their rooms and beds with detail.

I used to stay a Marriott hotels until now. The Hoiliday Inn, Sofia was an outstanding Hotel, I will continue to stay at Holiday Inns from now on, I want to thank the staff at Hoilday Inn, Sofia for there outstanding service. Best hotel I have stayed at in years.

The very high quality in every area and the very good service from every one of the staff that i deal with. one of the best hotels i have stayed in on buisness.

Slightly to warm in the room that i could not lower

На сайте www.booking.com в описании говорилось:Порядок размещения детей и наличие дополнительных кроватей • При размещении одного ребёнка младше 13 лет на дополнительной кровати проживание ему предоставляется бесплатно . • При размещении одного ребёнка старшего возраст& #x430; или взрослого на дополнительной кровати взимается EUR 18 с человека за ночь. А с нас при бронировании взяли дополнительно 18 евро и отказались их вернуть, хотя мы были с 3х летним ребёнком.

Smaczne , urozmaicone śniadanie, wygodne łóżko, dobry wybór kanałów telewizyjnych , przestronnosc I wyposazenie , czystosc toalety.

Odpłatna ale fatalna jakośc połączenia internetowego , paid but very bad internet wifi connection !!!! 11 eur /day for a business hotel this is a big no no !!

το πρωινό ήταν υπεροχο και δωρεαν. υπήρχε και προσφορά για μεσημεριανό μπουφέ με 12 ευρώ το άτομο με απίστευτη ποκιλία και ποιότητα. το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και διακριτικότατο η λειτουργία του parking ήταν άψογη, δωρεάν και λειτουργεί όλο το 24ωρο. εξαιρετικές παροχές στον τομέα της ευεξίας και χαλάρωσης. αψογη καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους του ξενοδοχειου. εύκολη πρόσβαση στον περιεφερειακό, σε 10 λεπτά στο κέντρο της πόλης ή σε 5 λεπτά στο λίφτ για το χιονοδρομικο.

ιντερνετ πανάκριβο..... μας σερβιραν 1-2 φορες σε σερβιτσια που ηταν σπασμενα πραγμα απαραδεκτο για 5* ξενοδοχειο.

πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο

1. το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό για ξενοδοχείο 5* 2. Το προσωπικό ήταν εμφανώς λιγότερο από αυτό που απαιτούνταν 3. Η λειτουργία του parking ήταν προβληματική,παρ' όλο που υπήρχε υπόγειο parking δεν δούλευε τις νυκτερινές ώρες. 4. Η περιοχή έχει πανέμορφα κτίρια την ημέρα, αλλά είναι υπερβολικά έρημη, σε ανησυχητικό βαθμό την νύχτα. 5. Η πρόσβαση στο ξενοδοχείο γίνεται από μια σειρά μπαριέρες η οποία καθιστά ιδιαίτερα δυσχερή την πρόσβαση. 6. Δεν υπάρχουν πινακίδες σήμανσης και είναι επίσης δύσκολο και την δεύτερη και την τρίτη φορά να βρεις το ξενοδοχείο.
