Friendly service. The receptions was very kind and found the address I was looking for on the map in my navy! The name of the street was not on the list. Very kind !

The soap/shampoo holder in the shower was falling off all the time ! Poor quality compared to everything else in the hotel ! What a pity !

We booked the hotel for the reason of the swimming pool which after arrival was closed for refurbishment. Certainly should have been advised about this before booking as without this facility the hotel was way overpriced. Staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Les quelques points positifs sont: Grande piscine, parking exterieur gratuit, literie de bonne qualité, propreté des chambres, cuisine du restaurant à mon gout et petit-déjeuner varié.

Pour le reste on est très loin d'un hotel 5 étoiles... Emplacement completement nul, on se croirait dans une zone industrielle avec vue sur l'autoroute. Pas de valet pour vous accueuillir et prendre vos bagages, pas de peignoir ni de pantoufle dans les chambres, pas de stylo ni papier à lettre pour écrire, télé ridiculement petite (genre écran d'ordinateur) et cerise sur le gateau, le wifi est payant. Même dans un 4 étoiles ils font mieux. Hotel à éviter de toute urgence.

1. το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό για ξενοδοχείο 5* 2. Το προσωπικό ήταν εμφανώς λιγότερο από αυτό που απαιτούνταν 3. Η λειτουργία του parking ήταν προβληματική,παρ' όλο που υπήρχε υπόγειο parking δεν δούλευε τις νυκτερινές ώρες. 4. Η περιοχή έχει πανέμορφα κτίρια την ημέρα, αλλά είναι υπερβολικά έρημη, σε ανησυχητικό βαθμό την νύχτα. 5. Η πρόσβαση στο ξενοδοχείο γίνεται από μια σειρά μπαριέρες η οποία καθιστά ιδιαίτερα δυσχερή την πρόσβαση. 6. Δεν υπάρχουν πινακίδες σήμανσης και είναι επίσης δύσκολο και την δεύτερη και την τρίτη φορά να βρεις το ξενοδοχείο.

μου άρεσαν οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου και το ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο ως κτίριο. η τοποθεσία είναι καλή, ιδίως αν σε ενδιαφέρει να είσαι κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο ή στο sofia business park. εύκολη πρόσβαση μέσω του περιφερειακού. εξαιρετικές παροχές στον τομέα της ευεξίας, χαλάρωσης, σπορ κ.λπ.

δεν μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου, αν πρόκειται για κάποιον που θέλει να κάνει τουρισμό. το πρωϊνό ήταν υπερβολικά ακριβό. αν και το ξενοδοχείο έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στον περιεφερειακό, δεν υπάρχει καθόλου καλή σήμανση, με αποτέλεσμα οι επισκέπτες να χάνονται.
