At the main restaurant the meals are buffet-style: A rich breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00. A selection of hot and cold dishes is served from 12:00 to 14:00 at lunch. You can choose between 2 soups, 3 main dishes with meat, fish or pasta and from 3 desserts. There is also a salad bar. At dinner, from 18:00 to 20:30, other main courses are offered, with fruit and desserts as well.
At the Snack & Pool Bar beverages are served from 11:00 to 22:30. They include unlimited quantities of Bulgarian-produced liquor like beer, wine, grape brandy, vodka, rum and others. Soft drinks include Pepsi-Cola, Seven Up and Mirinda, mineral water and juices.

Over all the hotel is nice...for location I would choose one right at the beach for convenience. However Holiday Park is the closest to the bus stop for trips out of the resort. Food was great value and the variety was good compared to other places.... 'All inclusive' is fantastic....nothing to pay for - not even drinks! Staff are friendly and speak german. Room was very clean .... A real pleasure to be at this hotel.... above all 'off season'.... In season it could be very noisy as there are a lot of young people having fun which is ok. Being two elderly people we enjoyed the quiet evenings on the balcony! The pool is ideal but too cold....brrrrr....Pity! Would have been great to take a comfi dip after a days' shopping......Location is a bit off when it comes to the beach promenade..... |

hotel is situated in the beautiful place, there are many trees, near bus stop. The food is every day the same :( all inclusive system for bulgaria is not necessary, next time I will take only breakfast. |

The staff and the espresso from the bar. I cannot write 15 words because I did not like anything else. The food (poor variety and with a lot of grease), the bathroom, the elevator (only one small elevator for the entire hotel with no air inside), the location. The fact that on your site the hotel is classified at 4 stars, on the doors of the hotel there are 4 stars painted but on the flyer from our room (and from the reception , as well) the presentation begin with the words "this three star hotel"!!!!!!!!!!! And, frankly, this is not a 4 star hotel. |

nothing the fact that the parking lot was very far from the hotel, the elevator takes forever to get you from ground floor to 4th or 5th, there are not enough sitting places in the restaurant. |

It is a quiet place and the pool has sunlight all day long. I think that the staff qualification is not properly. If i can give 10 grade for the personal of Meryam Hotel from Turkey, here I can give only half. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful,especially the hotel manager,Mrs.Dima Ivanova who welcomed us and told us again few words again at my departure.The food was tasteful and every day changed.Also the beverages were very good. |

Camera studio a fost mare, prosoapele si cearsafurile au fost schimbate la 3 zile, vedere la mare, spatii verzi ingrijite, hotelul destul de curat. marirea parcarii si a spatiului din restaurant, barul sa fie deschis de la 9:00 la 23:30, imbunatatirea cunostintelor de limba engleza a personalului si specificarea in reclama ca plata se poate face la receptie si in euro. |

confortul camerei de hotel, faptul ca am avut "sea view" - atat cat s-a putut, data fiind distanta relativ mare fata de plaja. Este neclara clasificarea hotelului: pe site figureaza ca fiind de 4 stele, la fel la receptia hotelului, pe diferite brosuri ale hotelului este de 3 stele, samd. Mult mai reala clasificarea de 3 stele, daca ar fi sa incep cu locurile de parcare de care dispune hotelul.... absolut: o cunoastere mult mai buna a limbii engleze macar din partea personalului de la receptie; o curatentie mai temeinica efectuata zilnic de catre personalul de curatenie, nu numai in camere (la ora 09:00 se spala cu furtunul pardoseala din zona piscinei, chiar daca turistii erau deja acolo!); o intelegere corecta si completa a ceea ce reprezinta servicii ALL INCLUSIVE (!!!) - dupa micul dejun si pana la ora 11:00 cand se deschidea "barul" din zona piscinei, NU se putea bea decat apa si asta atunci cand am cerut voie sa intru in restaurant; de asemenea, capacitatea restaurantului este mult mai mica decat nr locurilor din camere, motiv pentru care cel mai adesea nu erau locuri la mese, ceea ce creaza un sentiment puternic de disconfor |

varza .cea mai mare teapa,la receptie a cerut spaga ,paznicu la parcare spaga 10 eur,parcare la 2oo metri de hotel, mancare cat 4 veche ,rea ,aceiasi numai ca ce ramanea la pranz seara o primeai sub alta forma preparata,e teapa mare mai bine dati cu 80-100 de eur mai mult si luati alt hotel... mancarea,servicii personal,piscina,saltele sezlonguri..... |

Hotelul este amplasat intr-o zona in care iti creeaza impresia ca esti la munte. Hotelul este departe de plaja (1 km pe drumul cel mai scurt). Camerele sunt curate, personalul de ingrijire schimba prosoapele utilizate zilnic, mancarea este buna. Se pare ca stiunea are o problema cu curentul electric. De exemplu, in seara zilei de 07.07.2009 pe plaja nu era curent electric (se manca in restaurante la lumina lumanarii), iar apoi sa am bafta si eu de aceasta placere la hotel pe 08.07.2009 cand hotelul nu a avut curent electric intre orele 20:30 - 24:00. Barmanul de barul piscinei daca ar fi mai amabil in apropierea orei de inchidere a barul ar fi mai bine. In Lobby Bar nu se servesc bauturi all inclusive (numai cu plata), iar barul piscinei are un program redus 11:00 - 22:30 Sugerez ca barul la care se servesc bauturi in regim all inclusive sa aiba program de la 10:00 la 24:00. Acum programul este 11:00 - 22:30 |
