Holiday Park Hotel  

1. Parking - even if we pay for hotel parking they put us to let our car in other place, without camera or officer; 2. Breakfast - every morning was the same food, very poor. (vegetables, eggs, salami, grain); We want to eat at 09:30 (in 2 days) but we couldn't find anything, even if the program was till 10:00; 3. Hotel staff (and manager) - they give us a room without air conditioner and they didn't want to change it till the second day (in the evening); The manager didn't care about our request; 4. We had to pay the holiday in first day; Definitely is NOT a 4 stars hotel!! (maybe, just maybe, 2 stars)

- the room and bathroom were clean - the pool is medium size, but clean and not so crowded - the hotel is located in a green quiet area, 15 mins walk distance from the beach - the breakfast was ok, not so varied, yet not simple - small fridge in the room, hair dryer in the bathroom

- the air conditioning did not comunicate with it's remote and so the AC could not be stopped. The only way to stop it was by removing the key from the socket that turned on/off the electrical power in the room - the 15 mins walk to the beach and the long stairs, although you get used to it - just a single elevator for the entire hotel - expensive 10 leva/night for one parking place in a small area near the hotel where you can leave your car, unguarded but with a barrier

The pool is big enough. The hotel staff is very friendly. Location is good. Is close to the nightlife area. About 5 min. By foot

Основният плюс на хотел "Холидей парк" е доброто разположение - недалеч от плажа и в същото време на сравнително тихо и зелено място. Съотношението между цена и качество на услугата е приемливо. Стаите са широки и сравнително комфортни, а леглата - удобни.

Персоналът на хотела е като цяло недобре обучен и с мнозина от членовете му се общува до известна степен трудно. Качеството на използваните в ресторанта продукти може да бъде и по-добро (например сиренето и кашкавалът да бъдат от мляко, а не евтини METRO-продукти с растителни мазнини). Единственият асансьор на хотела е твърде малък и без вентилация.

Отвратительная кухня и повар. Завтраки однообразные и очень плохо приготовлены: продукты низкого качества, молоко порошковое, хлопья с жучками, прокисший компот, супы "из пакетиков" и т.д. Лифт в отеле не кондиционирован и очень медленно двигается. Кроме того, в время пребывания в отеле случился инцидент с приставанием педофила к ребенку в лифте, а видеокамеры в лифте не оказалось, хотя отель заявлял о наличии такой видеокамеры (висит табличка рядом с лифтом).
