Hostel Varly Briag  

Er is een taxi-oproep-dienst in het hotel. Van 17u tot 23u kan je beneden eten en iets drinken. In de gemeenschappelijke ruimte geen wifi maar op mijn kamer ging dit perfect (onbeveiligd netwerk). De kamer en badkamer zijn proper. Het meer ligt niet zo ver af en is wel mooi om te bezoeken. Voor wie daar met de auto is, is er genoeg plaats om te parkeren en er is een Lidl die tot 21u open is (ook op zondag) op een paar km afstand.

Volgens de beschrijving op de site booking.com zou er elk uur een bus gaan naar Bourgas. Dat is niet het geval. Er gaat een bus om 6u50, 7u50, 12u15, 13u50 (niet in het WE), 17u50, 18u50 en 19u50 (niet in het WE) en je moet overstappen op een andere bus (211) onderweg (dit staat nergens aangeduid, vriendelijke mensen op de bus hebben mij dit duidelijk gemaakt). Het hotel ligt ver van alles en in het enige winkeltje vlakbij zetten ze u zonder scrupules en heel onvriendelijk in 't zak. Er zijn slechts 2 (Bulgaarse) zenders beschikbaar op de TV. De shuttle van/naar de luchthaven kost € 10.

There were 3 of us and we've booked 'triple-room'. A good surprise was that we've got 2 rooms. It was convinient as two of us snore... And one guy sleeps light... :D

1. I was surprised and very dissapointed that there is no kitchen in this Hostel. This is the 1st Hostel I've stayed w|o kitchen!... 2. Many 'Romany'... They were loud and smoked too much. everywhere... I could hardly breath in the corridors of the Hostel 3. BE CAREFUL: The Hotel is situated in the center of the Romany's ghetto... All our Bulgarian friends and partners were very surprised why we have chosen that hostel (actually, they laughed at us... )))) 4. WIFI router is on the 2nd floor, we were on the 3d floor... And I could hardly use internet... the connection was AWFUL....... 5. DIDN'T ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a Coffee machine by the main entrance, free wireless internet at reasonable speed in entire hostel and direction to hostel is marked quite clearly by road signs. Also bus stop is not far from hostel with bus service No 9 to Burgas.

There was very strong smell of cigarette smoke in corridor and in our rooms. Inconvenient for non smokers.

The cleanliness of the room

It didnt state int the advertisement that u hd to pay by card if u hd reserved by card.It stated that that was just for information.wat if I didnt hv the cash in my account,you should make this clear in the advertisement!!!!

The building totally renewed, everything was clean and brand new. The room was spacy.

The given address is simlply not correct. There is a motorcycle workshop at this address. It is not in Burgas but in the village Varly Briag up in a hill. It was difficult to find, even the gps could not help as the website did not give the right address. We had to pay in advance.

Everything in the room is new and smells like this. The beds are so confortable. Everything is for a good quality (furniture, beds, doors, bathroom).

There is no indicator to signal the hotel, even when you finally get in front of the hotel. There was no recipe after we payed. The location is deplorable. I would recommend this hotel only for one night - to rest, not for staying for a few days in Burgas, because it's not in Burgas, it's near Burgas and far from the city center and the beach.

Cosy , away from the hustle bustle of the city . Yet the city or the seaside are only ten minutes away by taxi or car . Remember to haggle with the taxi driver before you get in the taxi , it should cost 10 / 12 Lev , otherwise you are being mugged . Just walk away and ask another driver .

No breakfast . You have to wait until 11 A.M. for the in house restaurant to open . But if you walk about 200 yards to the local cafe you will get the same fayre and this is better value for money .

S-a știut că sunt în camera de hotel și nu am fost deranjat deloc încât am putut să mă relaxez și să mă odihnesc în liniște. Mi-a plăcut.

δεν μπορείς να το βρεις με τίποτε. η δ/νση δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου. από έξω είναι τελείως αδιάφορο ως κτίριο και η περιοχή είναι απομακρυσμένη, ερημική σχετικά και φαίνεται επικύνδυνη
