The hotel has an excellent location, right in the center of the Bansko town. It has wonderful English onwers, very helpful in giving us all details for spending a marvellous time during our vacation. The room was very clean, and with a splendid view to the mountains.Execllent choice! Thank you, Hotel Avalon! |

The stuff . The restaurant. The hotel in on the booking with 3 stars and in reality is with 2 stars. You can not to eat in the evening or in the afternoon. |

The price and location of hotel. How friendly the English owner was and how helpful he was. Felt the local staff were not as friendly. Just did the basics well and did not seem to want to engage in further conversation. |

Everyone at the Hotel was extremely friendly and very helpful. They drew maps of the area and suggested good places to eat and drink and hire equipment. We were offered lifts to the gondola by the owner of the Hotel and they even upgraded our room during our stay. I will definately be going back again and recommend staying here to anyone. |

Staff were spot on. Helpful, friendly, approachable. Great place to stay. Very comfortable beds, a nice powerful shower and a donkey somewhere nearby that sounds like Chewbacca. |

Excellent place, lovely people, good deal. We were taken very good care of and would recommend the hotel. Because there are no fan's in bathroom the window sills get moudly so it smells a little, but certainly not enough to stop me going back to the same place, it was the only thing I would have to say on the down side. |
