Am besten gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage in der Stadt, das gute, abwechslungsreiche Frühstück und die freundlichen, kompetenten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Die Bar wurde bereits um 23:00 Uhr geschlossen. |

preiswert, geräumiges Zimmer, Frühstücksbüffet in Ordnung, freundliches Personal. Zimmer _sehr_ kalt und nur schlecht über Elektrokonvektor beheizbar. In der Früh fast kein Wasser zum Duschen (versiegt plötzlich). Abwasserabflüsse ohne Geruchsstopp. Starker Chlor-Geruch im gesamten "Wohntrakt". (Für mich kein Problem, aber erwähnenswert für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung: Der Lift endet jeweils im Halbstock! Zur oben/unten liegenden Etage sind dann noch einige Stufen zu bewältigen |

Ich habe wie gewünscht ein ruhiges zimmer bekommen, es war bereits mein 5 Aufenthalt im Hotel, ich fülle mich dort sehr wohl. Frühstück und Service in dem Früstücksraum war diesmal leider mangelhaft. Das Personal war nicht anwesend, das Büffet wurde nicht nachgefüllt, da keine Hilfe gab, habe ich an dem Toast-Gerät verbrannt. |

gar nichts, bin am gleichen Abend wieder ausgezogen (geflüchtet) Badezimmer, starke Geruchsbelästigung durch Gestank (Kanal-Abwässer) im Badezimmer und Schlafraum - einfach gräslich und ekelig |

Central location. English speaking staff. Good breakfast. Fair price (thru booking.com). Comfortable room, nice bathroom. We have booked "De Lux Room". I amnot sure that the fourth floor room we received (attic style room) was indeed de lux room. |

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the room was good, and I thought that the breakfast provided was better than average. It is also very central, without being on a traffic island. |

It is located very centrally and easy to find. It is on a main avenue giving easy safe access to either the shopping or tourism areas of interest. The location is close to the Red Light area and may have an adverse effect for some patrons. The room at the lower cost end was in the attic area which was fine for me. |

Friendly and relaxed manor of staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great location for easy and quick access to the city centre. The air conditioning was too noisy and I had to switch it off at night in order to sleep. |

Staff were very frindly and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and the rooms well equiped. Breakfast, very limited. Exchange rate. I was asked if I would like to pay in Euro or Lev, but I was not told that the Euro would be converted into Lev at not a very competitive rate. If I had known this I would have paid in Euro. |
