Staff were very frindly and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and the rooms well equiped. Breakfast, very limited. Exchange rate. I was asked if I would like to pay in Euro or Lev, but I was not told that the Euro would be converted into Lev at not a very competitive rate. If I had known this I would have paid in Euro. |

This was our second stay, two weeks after the first, so it was convenient and familiar. This time we stayed in the top floor apartment, which is much smaller than the ones on the second and third floor - no outside balcony. Most of the rooms are not apartments and do not have balconies, so staying there may be quite inferior to our experience. |

Very clean. Good city location for sight-seeing. Staff very friendly and efficient. Sufficient breakfast, replenished regularly. Just a few days before my visit, the hotel tried to relocate me to their sister hotel Hotel Central Forum which is further out of the city centre. They stated that some rooms were 'damaged' and not yet ready. I objected to this and they eventually relented. I can only surmise that they wanted to let my double room out to two people. There was a World Cup soccer match taking place at this time. |

Central location, only a few minutes walk from main city centre thoroughfares, parks and 15-20 min walk from Vasil Levski Stadium. Room were comfortable, clean and fairly modern. Excellent nightclub across the road with live band. Mini bar was very reasonably priced.Staff were fine, in fact a little too helpful in offering "extra services"!!! Could get a little noisy outside after the nightclub opposite closes but it wasnt too bad in my experience. Did not like the shower but it worked fine. Curtains very thin so the early morning sun shone straight in. |

Relaxed atmospehere with clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast was also good. The air conditioning was not quite sufficient enough and the rooms became hot in the night. |

Good location in the city. the room does not have air conditioning, and faced the main streets, so I heard the trolley every day in early morning. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and nice. The location was perfect for our trip. The beds were very comfortable. It was a little bit noisy at night with the windows open. |

excellent location, very friendly staff - they almost automatically speak in English, always helpful, rooms are nice, clean and cosy, wifi is for free breakfast is really not the best and refilling whatever is already finished takes quite a while, maid was not very enthousiastic and she was basically inly changing the towels and making up the bed. But in any case the hotel is good |

Very central, excellent position for city visiting. Kind staff. Wealthy breakfast. Reasonably clean. Elegant furniture. Honest price, overall. Night curtains too thin! Even with that shield, at night I could read a book in my room just using the public lighting of the road (I was at the 1st floor)! Imagine after the sunrise... Also, the hotel faces a road with noisy traffic (Bulgarian ambulances have very loud sirens) and noisy tramways (since early morning). |

Good location, decent price. The apartment/suite is nice and spacious and good value. Staff could be more helpful, would be nice if they gave you a bit of orientation. Some were more helpful than others. I also stayed in a single/twin room on the top floor which was dormer style which felt very cramped. I had to duck my head in certain areas of the room. There is also a pillar in the room which affects your comfort. |

Its great location, close to the main streets and buildings. The hotel is quite inexpensive, but is not a high quality one. Breakfast is ok but our room was extremely small and also the extra bed was not suitable for an adult. |

Located 4 minutes by car from the centre of Sofia, Hotel Central Forum is close to most of the important administrative buildings, banks and cultural and architectural monuments. |
At a 2 minutes' walking distance from the central train station, in the very centre of Sofia, the newly built business – orientated Budapest Hotel is located. |
Centrally located, this newly built hotel opened its doors in 2003 as the first all-suite hotel in Sofia. |
The newest 5 star hotel Arena di Serdica in Sofia from the FPI Hotels & Resorts chain is located in the heart of the city and is an excellent choice for business and cultural trips. |
