Very good hotel. I will go again. The location is perfect and the people are very friendly. The breakfast was more thank enough and very good. With one word - perfect hotel. I really like everything may be just one very small drawback is that the hotel is on the main boulevard "Hrisoto Botev" and my room was facing the street. However, I didn't hear anything. I slept as a baby. So for some people this can be disadvantage for another advantage. |

There is tramway right in front of the hotel. Is not easy to sleep in room facing to street. |

They are all kind and they do everything to satisfy my requests. Only one problem: (as usual in the east & north europe) they have no courtain on the windows, I mean to stop sunlight in early morning. So the comfort was not good. |

Breakfast in the morning was very good. Made the day for me. Room was so hot that it was very difficult to stay in the hotel room, even int he night time. |

The location was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit too hot...even with the A/C on! We were on the top floor and did not have a lot of air circulation. |

It was in a fairly good location for sightseeing. Breakfast was good. The room I stayed in had an obvious "mold stain" around the heating/air conditioning unit. Luckily for me, the weather was very moderate and I didn't have to turn the unit on. |

The hotel was clean and bright nice dinning room and bar area. The staff were more that helpful. Heating was ok essential as I was there in March. Breakfast adequate. Best is the location just a short walk to the centre. Great club opposite but no noise from it. |

The position of the hotel (few hundreds of meters from the city center) and the night club just in front of... Third bed, added in the room, was uncomfortable!!! |

The staff was really nice and helpful. We were told buffet breakfast would be served starting from 7. yet at almost 8 still, there was still no breakfast, which messed up our plans a bit. eventually somebody took an order. Also, all rooms seemed to smell pretty bad from cigarette smoke. |

Staff very freindly and helpful. They told about places to see, about their favorite pubs (not turistic) and for us to get to the airport called taxi, warning them that our last Bulgarian money can be not enought for drive:) Free WiFi, food fair. Good value for money throught booking.com |

Friendly staff, sufficient services, excellent location, reasonable price. The front rooms are relatively noisy, because of traffic and trams. The breakfast room is not very welcoming - that could be better done. |

The staff were excellent and the hotel was centrally located for those wishing to tour around.A reasonably cheap taxi ride from and to the airport (approximately 10 lev about £5) makes the going easy.The buffet breakfast was adequate and included in the price. Although this did not give me any problems I had a room facing a very busy main street but the double glazing kept out most of the noise.There is a night club opposite the hotel and obviously taxis are coming and going to the early hours but again this did not affect my stay in any way. |
