De centrale ligging is een pluspunt en het ontbijt is goed. Er is een waterkoker aanwezig om thee/koffie te maken. De spiralen van het bed hebben hun beste tijd gehad. |

De ligging en de dienst na betaling. Vb.taxi gratis bellen, koffers helpen buitendragen. Het voorziene bedrag van 60€ werd slechts teogepast na reclamatie. Men trachtte 95€ aan te rekenen. |

Faciliteiten voldoende/goed, personeel vriendelijk, centraal gelegen. 'Rookvrije kamer' is dat (recentelijk) niet altijd geweest.. Ontbijtruimte is wat rommelige kelder. Drukke straat voor. |

aardige medewerk(st)ers te kleine ontbijtzaal. Snel vies tafeltje afruimen zodat wij konden gaan zitten. |

Central location. English speaking staff. Good breakfast. Fair price (thru booking.com). Comfortable room, nice bathroom. We have booked "De Lux Room". I amnot sure that the fourth floor room we received (attic style room) was indeed de lux room. |

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the room was good, and I thought that the breakfast provided was better than average. It is also very central, without being on a traffic island. |

It is located very centrally and easy to find. It is on a main avenue giving easy safe access to either the shopping or tourism areas of interest. The location is close to the Red Light area and may have an adverse effect for some patrons. The room at the lower cost end was in the attic area which was fine for me. |

Friendly and relaxed manor of staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great location for easy and quick access to the city centre. The air conditioning was too noisy and I had to switch it off at night in order to sleep. |

Staff were very frindly and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and the rooms well equiped. Breakfast, very limited. Exchange rate. I was asked if I would like to pay in Euro or Lev, but I was not told that the Euro would be converted into Lev at not a very competitive rate. If I had known this I would have paid in Euro. |

This was our second stay, two weeks after the first, so it was convenient and familiar. This time we stayed in the top floor apartment, which is much smaller than the ones on the second and third floor - no outside balcony. Most of the rooms are not apartments and do not have balconies, so staying there may be quite inferior to our experience. |

staff were friendly.. good situation Didn't top up breakfast items when they ran out. Air con didn't work in room resulting in it being very stuffy. Too noisy to leave window open. |

It was clean and with perfect location-in the Center of Sofia.The staff was friendly ,the mini bar in the room was full and the prices were reasonable.I Will be there on my way back to the uk and will visit it in the future again. |
