Room very clean, good size and good facilities. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. In particular the reception staff who assisted us with many items. In the corridors leading to the rooms, the lights were going off too soon which made it difficult to operate the door locks with the key card. |

Rooms were very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable - far better than we expected. When we arrived just after 8pm, the restaurant was closed as they had had a wedding during the day, so no food was available, not even in room service. Although the staff did recommend an Italian restaurant only a few yards away, where we were able to have a meal. Also air conditioning did not appear to be working very well in one of our rooms. |

Very difficult to find - map on website no help at all. also the breakfast was poor. the hotel is in a less than salubrious area of Sofia |

il servizio durante la prima colazione, la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale del desk, le ragazze sono state davvero amichevoli e professionali, il servizio al ristorante il personale addetto alla pulizia delle camere dimenticava continuamente di lasciare il tappetino e/o l'accappatoio |

Die Lage, die Zimmerausstattung und der Pool Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte besser sein. Auch war es nicht selbstverständlich nach 9:30 noch alles zu bekommen, obwohl offiziell das Frühstück bis 10 Uhr möglich ist. |

ＬＡＮ接続タップが無い部屋だったのでひじょうに不便だった。 ツインのシングルＵｓｅで予約したのに狭いシングルだった。 また喫煙希望であったにも係わらず禁煙室だった。 変更希望したが他にないとの理由で断られた。 |
