Reception very helpful. Bedroom and bathroom good size. Location was fine - walking distance of most sights. The breakfast was really terrible - probably worst we have experienced in Europe - and that is really saying something. |

Nice rooms, friendly staff, location was perfect .. near centre. Breakfast was very very poor/bad, therefor we didnt even try other food in the hotel. We ordered coffee because even the coffee at the breakfast was yuck. When u are looking for an Hotel with good breakfast ..try another one. |

Nice staff . Very good beds and clean bathroom . The ( smoking ! ) restaurant downstairs ( separate management ) is cheap but no good value for money . Poor menu . No good wines available . |

The location of the hotel was good, with easy walking distance to key attractions. Staff very helpful. Good value. Great if coffee with milk was available for breakfast. |

The staff was really helpful and translated the english streets in to Bulgarian. It was also very close to the bus station 5 min walk. Room was clean, Hotel was easy to find. Just make sure if you take a taxi use the ok and the .59 leva a km if not you might be getting over charged by alot, at least 20 + leva (from the airport) The lighting in the halls was on motion sensors and took awhile to come on, the breakfast was fair but not great! |

Convenient and good value for the price (39 Euro) Be careful which taxi company they use for the airport - ensure you sort out the price before you begin the journey. |

Good overall value for the money. Breakfast was ok but we only stayed on day, it would have been boring every morning. Overall the room was clean. The was some issue with water pressure and temperature control in the shower. |

Close proximity to rail and coach station, also having bus, trolley bus and tram stops outside entrance. Breakfast was average at best, in terms of quality and selection. TV reception poor, picture OK, but poor sound and fluctuations on english speaking chanels. This was also not the room we had originally booked for on website, as did not feature balcony. Reception seemed unaware of our visit. |

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in 3 hours early. The hotel was great however they had no record of the booking from booking.com as they had not received the fax. |

The location is good, very close to the train and bus station and 12 levs in a taxi from airport. We had quite a few flees bites after 4 nights in there! White net curtains were absolutely filthy! Very poor breakfast! |

Close to the central train station, near to the city main attractions. Good for 2-3 days travelling in Sofia and around. The hotel staff was very helpful,answered all my questions about transport, restaurants etc.there was free internet. |
