Easy to get to from the airport and very easy to walk from into the city centre. Huge rooms. Was also quiet. A pet had stayed in the room previously and the hairs were all over the carpet and had not been properly vacuumed. But everything else was clean and tidy.

It is close to the central bus and railway stations and also to the centre of Sofia at Serdika. The room, while somewhat old fashioned, was spacious and (marvel) had an air conditioner that worked. Even though they are constructing a new metro station just outside, the room was quiet and it was easy to sleep. When we arrived at 0330 due to flight delays, the reception was open and got us checked in rapidly and without fuss. Breakfast in the hotel cafe included a hot English option for no extra charge (despite the booking.com conditions saying they charge extra). The decor is a bit faded but that adds to the atmosphere.

Great location especially when the Metro construction is completed outside the hotel. Lovely breakfast in the adjoining cafe which had wonderful deserts too. Walking distance from the coach and train stations. Beautiful room and tv with international stations. Really can't complain about anything although, as in any big city, watch out for people of ill repute wandering around on the streets outside!

The location is very good. Central and close to most everything. Just a few minutes to the Metro station Serdica and max 10 min walk from the train/bus station. The rooms are quite big actually and very good cleaned. Polite and helpful staff at the front desk. They don't have their own restaurant with breakfast, so u get tickets for breakfast to use at Cafe Papaya next door. But still the breakfast choices is quite good. Outside the hotel around midnight to 2 am there are some prostitutes walking and asking for sex.

Good location. Nearby the central bus station. It's convenient to go to other city attractions. Excellent breakfast everyday. It's well enough. You can have different choices. The staff in the cake shop was helpful as they could provide hot water for us every nights. Most rooms are facing to the busy traffic roads. The noise of cars & the huge construction sites outside were disgusting. It's disturbing if you open the windows. The rooms were tidy. We stayed there for few nights. We found that there was some bad smell inside the room, so we requested to change to another one & finally it's OK. It was a small scale hotel which could only provide simple facilities.

Good value and central location for the city. Breakfast from the pleasant and clean cafe next door was provided each morning was good and included in the price. Generally very good value and suitable for a couple of nights stay in Sofia. At moment there are some noisy roadworks immediately outside the bedroom windows starting about 9 in the morning. Nothing the hotel can do about it (I think) but still disturbs your morning.

The rooms were certainly a good size. Rooms with balcony added that little extra. The noisy building work outside was certainly a negative. Breakfast was in cafe attached to hotel, limited option and had to pay extra for orange juice.

Clean large room, and bathroom with excellent bath and shower. Very comfortable beds. On reading the information online we thought the hotel had a bar/restaurant, only to be told that the hotel did not have either. We especially wanted an in-house dinner as one member of our party has difficulty walking. The nearest restaurant is across a very busy road, not good for someone with limited walking abilities.

Good value for money. Although there is a construction site (the new metro station) right next to the hotel, they did not work at night, so it was a quiet sleep. Very quick free wifi.

During the stay I had a medical emergency to deal with which necessitated checking-out early and arranging alternative flights home. Without exception the staff were thoroughly helpful and made a difficult situation much easier. Providing local information, calling airlines, arranging taxis.....just some of the kindnesses shown. The room was large and very clean and had all that we needed. There are roadworks in the area and it is just a little out of the main centre, but there is plenty to commend in this hotel.
