Free internet access. The hotel is situated on the corner of a very busy road junction, quite a considerable amount of traffic noise. |

I liked that it is very near from bus and train terminal. and room is clean. I want a electric pot in the room and some instant tea or coffee. |

The best thing about this hotel is its location. You are within walking distance of almost everything to see in sofia. Rooms are big and clean. The staff i found helpful. Would recommend the hotel to anyone. |

Liked central location. Helpfulness and friendliness of staff who were very willing to help. More variety of breakfasts would be nice. |

Good location. Great value. The plug socket was hanging out the room. Toilet flush button missing. A lamp with a huge burn mark on it. Smelt of smoke even though I requested a non smoking room. |

Location, rate, and ease of check-in were great. Staff met every obscure need of mine. Drinking poison would be more pleasant than their breakfast... if you can call it that. |

It´s in the city center and the staff was very nice and explained us some possible trips: Rila Monestry, Plovdiv, ... The breakfast wasn´t so good and was always the same. The orange juice was like a medicine!!! |
