事前に静かでバスタブ付の禁煙のお部屋をお願いしておいたら、その通りの内側に面した部屋を用意していただ- くことができました。場所もわかりやすく、価格と比べてとても満足できるホテルだと思います。 |

◎レセプションでは皆英語を話すことが出来、細かいことまで気遣って貰えた。 ◎チェックイン可能時刻は1２頃だったと思うが、私たちは9時頃に到着してしまい、チェックイン可能か否か- 照会したところ、部屋を手配してくれた。バスタブ付が良いと言う我儘も受け入れてもらえた。 ◎部屋は広く、設備も充実していた（ドライヤーはなかった。）。 ◎立地もよく、主要な観光地まで徒歩圏内だったので買い物後荷物を置いて再び観光ができた。 ※All the receptionists can speak English very well. They took great care of the guests. ※The Check in Time is at 12 (I'm not sure...) however, when we arrived at the hotel, it was around 9 A.M. |

Bath plus shower. Full length mirror. Well-stocked mini bar. In walking distance of central train and bus station. Extremely helpful staff. They replied promptly to my emails prior to my visit and gave me lots of useful information about getting to the hotel - even how much I should pay for the taxi from the airport! Breakfast not wonderful, but adequate. |

Reception very helpful. Bedroom and bathroom good size. Location was fine - walking distance of most sights. The breakfast was really terrible - probably worst we have experienced in Europe - and that is really saying something. |

Nice rooms, friendly staff, location was perfect .. near centre. Breakfast was very very poor/bad, therefor we didnt even try other food in the hotel. We ordered coffee because even the coffee at the breakfast was yuck. When u are looking for an Hotel with good breakfast ..try another one. |

Nice staff . Very good beds and clean bathroom . The ( smoking ! ) restaurant downstairs ( separate management ) is cheap but no good value for money . Poor menu . No good wines available . |

The location of the hotel was good, with easy walking distance to key attractions. Staff very helpful. Good value. Great if coffee with milk was available for breakfast. |

The staff was really helpful and translated the english streets in to Bulgarian. It was also very close to the bus station 5 min walk. Room was clean, Hotel was easy to find. Just make sure if you take a taxi use the ok and the .59 leva a km if not you might be getting over charged by alot, at least 20 + leva (from the airport) The lighting in the halls was on motion sensors and took awhile to come on, the breakfast was fair but not great! |

Central location They only had smoking rooms aval on arrival, very poor breakfast, they tried to make me pay in cash instead of with card för the room on sunday. |

Good overall value for the money. Breakfast was ok but we only stayed on day, it would have been boring every morning. Overall the room was clean. The was some issue with water pressure and temperature control in the shower. |

Close proximity to rail and coach station, also having bus, trolley bus and tram stops outside entrance. Breakfast was average at best, in terms of quality and selection. TV reception poor, picture OK, but poor sound and fluctuations on english speaking chanels. This was also not the room we had originally booked for on website, as did not feature balcony. Reception seemed unaware of our visit. |

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in 3 hours early. The hotel was great however they had no record of the booking from booking.com as they had not received the fax. |
