事前に静かでバスタブ付の禁煙のお部屋をお願いしておいたら、その通りの内側に面した部屋を用意していただくことができました。場所もわかりやすく、価格と比べてとても満足できるホテルだと思います。 |

◎レセプションでは皆英語を話すことが出来、細かいことまで気遣って貰えた。 ◎チェックイン可能時刻は1２頃だったと思うが、私たちは9時頃に到着してしまい、チェックイン可能か否か照会したところ、部屋を手配してくれた。バスタブ付が良いと言う我儘も受け入れてもらえた。 ◎部屋は広く、設備も充実していた（ドライヤーはなかった。）。 ◎立地もよく、主要な観光地まで徒歩圏内だったので買い物後荷物を置いて再び観光ができた。 ※All the receptionists can speak English very well. They took great care of the guests. ※The Check in Time is at 12 (I'm not sure...) however, when we arrived at the hotel, it was around 9 A.M. |

Free internet access. The hotel is situated on the corner of a very busy road junction, quite a considerable amount of traffic noise. |

The best thing about this hotel is its location. You are within walking distance of almost everything to see in sofia. Rooms are big and clean. The staff i found helpful. Would recommend the hotel to anyone. |

Good location. Great value. The plug socket was hanging out the room. Toilet flush button missing. A lamp with a huge burn mark on it. Smelt of smoke even though I requested a non smoking room. |

Location, rate, and ease of check-in were great. Staff met every obscure need of mine. Drinking poison would be more pleasant than their breakfast... if you can call it that. |
