Location and price. The breakfast should start earlier than 08:00. The so called spa area should not be even advertised as an existing one. The pool was cold.

Good location for ski and for fun; good breakfast, with enough products to choose from; good food in the hotel restaurant and live music in the evening. Clean rooms and free wifi in the public areas and some parts of the room (close to the door and in the bathroom :D ) The relaxation area of the hotel was very cold. The pool water was cold as well as the temperature in the swimming pool area; you couldn't stay along the pool area in your swimsuit. Another problem was the lack of organization in the parking lot. They had no idea who's blocking who and you need to wait some time in order to access your car.

This is a well-placed hotel out of the bustle of the centre (but within walking distance) and with wonderful views of the Pirin mountains. It has a real family hotel feel to it and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed during August and were there for the International Jazz Festival which is impressive. We were able to use the ski lifts to access the higher hills and there are many walks and stunning views up there. We played golf several times at the local Pirin Golf complex. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and there are many alternatives within easy walking distance. All together this was a relaxing, enjoyable and memorable holiday.

Το καλο ειναι οτι ειναι κοντα στο κεντρο κ στο λιφτ κ δεν χρησιμοποιησαμε το αυτοκινητο μας καθολου. Φτωχο πρωινο,χαμαμ,μασαζ κ πισινα κατω του μετριου.

Πολύ καθαρό συμπαθητικό πρωινό καλό χαμάμ καλή σάουνα Δεν είχε πολύ προσωπικό η πισίνα ήταν παγωμένη κατά συνέπεια δεν έκανε κανείς μπάνιο,

θέση ξενοδοχειου σε σχεση με τα λιφτ, ζεστο δωματιο. το μπανσκο ανωτερος χειμερινός προορισμος απο οποιονδηποτε ελληνικο και εφαμιλλος ή και καλύτερος απο αρκετους σε αυστρια/ελβετία. φτωχο πρωινο, κρυα πισινα, δεν υπηρχαν παντοφλες στο δωματιο κατ' επεκταση δυσκολη προσβαση στο spa.μινιμπαρ δεν αναπληρωθηκε, λειπουν λεπτομερειες στο σερβις.

ήταν πολύ καθαρό. η διακόσμηση παραδοσιακή με πέτρα και ξύλο. ήταν μονίμως ζεστά τα δωμάτια και αυτό ήταν πολύ θετικό. επίσης η τοποθεσία του είναι πολύ καλή καθώς είναι κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά δεν είναι πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο ώστε να έχει φασαρία.

- design mobilier camere, - balcoane cu vedere la munte, - camera + baia mare, -mancare buna, - amplasarea hotelului aproape de gondola + centru - prosoapele si halatele ar trebui sa fie schimbate, arata cam uzate. - piscina era incalzita la 25 grade dar caloriferele din incapere nu erau functionabile.

Понравилось практически всё...:расположение, дизайн, гостепреимный персонал, уютная, спокойная атмосфера, кухня в ресторане. Не совсем качественная работа горничных (уборка помещений).
