- Front desk superviser was helpful and tried to help us only when announced them regarding our erlear ch-out. - We received the parking place free of charce for one night.

I have reserved a Sea View Room but between my window and the sea/beach I had a surprise to see an Hotel, not beach. The room carpet was stained and dirty, unwashed since the last summer season. This famous four stars hotel offer in the room balcony a poor plastic table and very used plastic chair for a euro 107 / night. The tv has poor reception (two romanian Channels only) making it annoying to watch. The mattress was were used and old Also at this price no bathrobe, no slippers, etc. They promise us to change the room next morning but nobody ask or do something in order to change our rooms, until we decided to check out. Another fact scandalous is to offer margarine and cheese from vegetable fat at the breakfast. A tasteless colored water (with a chemical powder and sugar) instead of coffee and juice. The condition from the reservations and voucher are very different from those that you will receive after your Check-In. Virtually everything must pay. What is included in the package you can’t eat or drink .

For an all inclusive the Iberostar was excellent i have made a point of saying all inclusive because through experience i dont usually like them, although i didnt try any of the alcoholic drinks the food was fantastic.The staff were really helpful the room was lovely with a massive balcony and cleaned daily and, the bed was very comfortable. The pools were really clean and the hotel itself was right in the centre of everything and just a very short stroll to the beach. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

It is in fact 5 stars: I had a good fun :) I do not understand the people's complain, I got what I needed. First time the hotel in real life was better than photos on the internet :)

The food wasn't too great (not much choice and the desserts were terrible). Sometimes the rice or the meat were not cooked enough (i.e. raw). However, you could always find "safe" food for children or people on diet: plenty of vegetables, salads, cheese, fruit etc. Drinks included in the AI package are terrible ("local" sodas which taste like medicine). Better stick to plain water.

it was nice and clean. The room was spacious, and the food was diverse. The sea is very close and it was very good for our one and half year old baby.

Good hotel, the rooms are very big. the service is good. The entertainment team is very good, the kids love it.

The service is excellent. We arrived late so I let them know we were coming by email and our room key was ready when we walked through the door so check in took literally 2 minutes. My girlfriend has very sensitive hearing and had some trouble sleeping so after informing the front desk they found us another room even though they were nearly fully booked! The location is 3 minutes walk from the beach and you can take drinks from the hotel bar out onto the street. A decent restaurant/bar, Morris, is right out back as well. Also, everyday your room has complementary bottled water refilled.

The food became a bit tiring after 4 days. They had a few themed meals but the overall quality of the meats were fair and most things were fried in a lot of oil. Luckily they had great vegetables and fruits so we mostly ate that. If I were to return, I would surely get half board. The other guests seemed very satisfied with the food though, so perhaps we are just picky.

Nice clean rooms for a good price.

Food was almost inedible and the meat pretty suspect, the beef having a texture unlike any beef I've had before. My wife and I stuck with salads most of the time unfortunately, and I like to eat. I'd recommend the hotel, but caution people to think twice about the all inclusive. Cheap restaurants abound in the area.

The staff were all wonderful - from the cleaners to the receptionists everybody was very very helpful and cheerful - the entertainment staff were wonderful with my granddaughter - the evening shows were funny and slick - even though I speak Bulgarian the staff all spoke English so I didn't have to struggle - my son and his family were also staying there from England and they absolutely loved it and definitely want to come back next year

Exellent personell, outstanding service! Ideal Location. Very professionaly done in every detail. Staff is outstanding - They made our vacance plesant and unforgetable. Food was exellent: huge varities and great quality! Kids were entertained every minute by very plesant animators. Truly, the best place ever been in Bulgarian see resorts.

Large spacious family room. Fine dining. The hotel is located almost in the center of town. Practically next door, you can make a very cool and affordable shopping. Duży przestronny pokój rodzinny. Dobra kuchnia. Hotel położony praktycznie w samym centrum miasta. Praktycznie obok hotelu można zrobić bardzo fajne I niedrogie zakupy.

The only unpleasant memory was a very nasty man, who guarded parking, probably an ex-cop. He reported to the recepcion, who is late with payment (scandal). Jedynym niemiłym wspomnieniem był bardzo wredny pan pilnujący parkingu, prawdopodobnie były policjant, bo zachowywał się w stosunku do gości jakby miał ich pobić pałką policyjną. Biegał do recepcji na skargę, kto się spóźnia z opłatą parkingową. Jeszcze z czymś takim nie spotkaliśmy się w żadnym hotelu! Jako jedyny psuł atmosferę tego hotelu. Człowiek, który myśl,i że donosicielstwem na gości hotelowych, zdobędzie względy swoich pracodawców. Typowa jednostka z czasów komunizmu, natychmiast do zwolnienia. Innym rozwiązaniem, na który hotel byłoby stać, to rezygnacja z 5 euro za dobę opłaty parkingowej dla gości.

Bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa. Jedzenie znakomite. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko morza, na najwyższych piętrach hotelu balkony mają widok na morze. Pokoje duże I przestronne, codziennie dokładnie sprzątane.

Mało miejsca przy basenie, leżak na leżaku, poza tym o tej porze roku (6-12 września) bardzo zimna woda, szkoda że nie podgrzewana :).

Sicuramente la posizione molto centrale, la cucina e in generale le infrastruttre erano tutte ben curate.
