The hotel staff were extremely helpful trying to make sure the stay was as comfortable a and peaceful. The hotel was not geared up for guests at begining of December, The heating was not on and the swimming pool had not been heated to useable temperature. The walls of the rooms are not very thick and sounds from surrounding rooms and corridors echoed into the rooms. Also the beginning of December is student week. |

The Hotel had a reasonable location and was a nice walk to the main resort. The facilities such as pool gym etc were good This hotel has just plaster board stud walls between bedrooms so you could hear everything from both bedrooms either side. not a good hotel if you are not an extremely heavy sleeper. Booked room in euro's but did not have any euros in hotel to give me change when I went to pay for it so tried to give me levs and a poor exchange rate |

The day staff was friendly The night staff didn't speak English. There was no air conditioning. The restaurant was swaming with flies. The walls are paper thin, so neighbourghs snoring will disturb your sleep. Wild dogs roaming outside at night were also disturbing. No wireless internet in the rooms, only cabled with an annoying password login. |

Room was very comfortable and good value for money. Buffet breakfast was poor. Most of staff were disinterested (although Megi on reception was very helpful). swimming pool was cold. |

Very comfortable hotel in a lovely location It was not well signposted, we got lost. We went in the summer when the resort was nearly empty, but it was still disappointing that the swimming pool was not in operation. |

El emplazamiento del hotel, la cercanía de las pistas de esquí. El hotel es francamente bonito. A pesar de lo bien que está, no lo considero un 5 estrellas. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, el baño no tiene enchufes, faltan muchos detalles en los acabados que se deben exigir a un 5 estrellas. |

Personalul hotelului este deosebit de amabil, mai ales receptionerele. Piscina interioara este draguta si de efect. Temperatura in camera este destul de scazuta. Radiatorul electric aditional in camera nu este o optiune pe timpul noptii. |
