Iceberg Hotel  

Cleanliness of the room and attitude and kindness of two girls serving in lobby bar.

Lack of regular shuttle to the ski start area, due to the fact that the location is far from ski area. The hotel is actually far away from the ski start area and it took us more than 20 min climbing up to get there with all necessary ski & board equipment for ourselves and the kids.

The faclities ie.pool, sauna and disco were brilliant. Hotel was very immaculate indeed

The bularian staff are very rude and i you ask them a genuine question they will not help and just say "i dont know" shrug their shoulders and look the other way. Very disrepectful aswell. They were continuously laughing at the way we talk and even refferesd to us asians as gysies because of our skin colour. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they know how to be rude back.

The room was confortable and quiet.

The staff wasn't friendly in the reception. The breakfast wasn't good and without choice. We couldn't have a juice but only water during the breakfast !

Hotel was in a good location on the edge of Borovets. Far enough from the noise but close enough to the ski slopes and gondala.

Some staff did come across as rude and abrupt (mainly the restaurant)

The rooms are very big and our apartment was very good with 2 separate bedrooms. The breakfast was good enough.

At the dinner we did not have drinks (not even water) and we had to pay for it. It is our first 4 stars hotel where we did not have bath robe and hair drier in bathroom. Due to the fact that the rooms are so big when the temperature outside is very low the heaters are not good enough but I can not say that it was so cold in the rooms. Not very far from the ski tracks but I can say that every day is not so comfortable to walk with our equipment in our hands for about 10 min.

The girls at the frontdesk are very friendly and helpfully. Only the vip rooms look nice.

Far away from the downtown(10minutes walking). Breakfast was tooooo poor and doesnt look so delicios. No service for breakfast.

Very helpful lady at the reception who helped us to re-organize our trekking tour due to bad weather and non working cable car.

Отношение сотрудников отеля - ужасное. Номера очень плохо убираются. На этаже стоит ужасный запах пота. На завтрак все холодное. Постоянно еды не хватает, даже если ты пришел к открытию ресторана. Будьте осторожны - при регистрации сказали, что пользование фитнес центром с бассейном и сауной - бесплатное. Однако при check out сказали, что каждый день пользования сауной стоит 10 левов, при этом, даже если туда один раз зашел маленький ребенок 4 лет. Деньги берут даже за разбитый стакан. Не рекомендую этот отель.

Красива сграда с добро разположение.

В стаите липсват доста необходими неща. Ресторантът е на посредствено ниво. Хотелът е видимо позанемарен поради слаба посещаемост.

новый приличный отель.оригинальное спа!! уютные номера! хороший вид,свежий воздух.отличный, с необычным дезайном лобби.

не хотелось писать.возможно недостаток роста(совсем новый).кухня увы,увы.гребной суп из пачки,картофельное пюре из той-же серии.и как результат испорченное настроение и поиск других мест питания.так-что изысканные блюда из рыбы в ресторане, как предлагается в рекламе на сайта, мы не рискнули испробовать.
