Good value for money. Everything was fine and correspond to a 4* hotel.

Simply amazing. There is nothing I can think about that left me with any sense of disappointment. Extremely good value for money. You will love it.

The hotel is located out of the city center: it's not impossible to reach the center without a car, but it is highly recommended.

Parking abilities,security and responsibility of staffes were excellent.

Staffes were not interested in breakfast goods on stands efficiently. Reservations of tables for breakfast had been made for only sport groups. We were in difficuty to find a table for breakfast and no staff were interested with us.

Big room, luxury furniture and details, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, big parking. Before leaving the room I forgot a bracelet in the room, then went downstairs for the checkout and before leaving, the receptionist reached us to give the bracelet back. We got really amazed by the efficiency of the stuff. We are completely satisfied about the stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Elegant design, perfekt service, great staff.

We staid for one night and choosed this Hotel only because it was good price and on our way on passing by. Rooms are big enough modern and clean, that was all we needed. Car parking is on the Hotels area. Friendly receptionist.

It is far from Plovdiv city centre, I wouldn't recommend if you aim to visit it.

The hotel is great. Everything is brand new, the rooms are very big. I did not believe what I got for the money I paid. Such hotel in Sofia or else where in Europe will have at least tripple the same price!!! The location of the hotel is not in the very center of Plovdiv, but anyway is within 20 - 25 Minutes walking distance from the very heart of the city.

Hotel staffs were very helpful. There was a very nice entertainment center nearby.

The reception staff were very attentive and polite, the rooms were spacious with large bathrooms, good internet access.

The rooms telephone did not work, extractor fan in the bathrooms did not work, bedside lamps wer decorative but did not work. There are building works that hammer through the rooms of the hotel from early morning, builders on the roof looking directly into rooms which means keeping cutains closed. The noise deriving from the building works was like having a continious heavy duty drill in the room, I could not work in the room due to this noise, if you were wanting to sleep in a little late this hotel is not for you, if you like quiet this hotel is not for you, it was like staying on a building site, which is such a shame as the hotel is lovely. I would return in two years time when the building works have hopefully finished.

Work around the hotel

Spotlessly clean hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good location, only few minutes away from the old town, with a car. Taxi is not expensive,so it will cost u only 2euros.There is a construction going on next to the hotel,but there is no noise at all.

the only thing that bothered me was the bathroom,perfectly equipped,clean,but no bath or shower tub.
