Food

The facilities were good and the swimming pools in particular are excellent. Food was also very good at the buffet breakfast, as well as in the Mediterranean restaurant on the ground floor. Location is good, walking street is nearby to the Hotel, also restaurants and bars. The staff were very helpful at all times and at departure date they allowed us late check-out without any additional payment. So this is a good Hotel for relaxation and escaping from city hustle and bustle.

Bathroom is little weird, old fashioned and there is no good light so it was pretty dark inside.

My husband and I very often come to this hotel for the good Spa Center but unfortunately for the last 4 months they have not repeated the elevator for Spa Center so we had to walk around (through the Lobby) in our bath robes to get to the Spa Center, which is very embarrassing!!!! The quality of the breakfast is declining and there is no choice of tea and warm milk. The worm milk is served from the Nescafé coffee machine which tastes terrible.

The location is pretty convenient for those who want to have a direct access to the town market

If I choose the same hotel by a travel agency, I would have much chipper stay in the same hotel. For exp: My friends booked the hotel by travel agency in same period, the same type of room (the luxury room -double) for 58 euros, we stayed in the same type of room for 82 euros, via booking.com. It was a big disappointing for me, beacuse I am booking so many years via booking.com and I had never that kind of experience. From now, I will think twice if I book a hotel somewhere via booking.com.

Everything was excellent. I enjoyed during my stay at the hotel and I will surely go again.

There is no information or flaers about interesting places nearby.

An oasis of civilisation and the best place to stay in Sandanski. The staff is well-trained and friendly which is unusual for Bulgaria. Exellent swimming pools with heated mineral water.

The Hygienic policy is far below European standards. There should be clear signs explaining to public the rules of using pools, and the staff should supervise that. As it is, most of the people never wear swimming caps and go to the water without showering. That can potentially cause very serious sanitary problems. The food quality is rather poor, especially in the Mediterranian restaurant. And no dietary choice as could be in a spa centre. The hotel could be more eco-friendly. For example, they insist on changing towels and linen every day instead of allowing customers to decide.

The spa center is great. The three pools are well kept. Everything was clean and organized. The breakfast provided was suitable for every person and his/her taste.

The location of the hotel is excellent: near almost everything, the main shopping and entertainment street Makedonia and near the city park Sveti Vrach, near the entrance of the hotel there is a spring of 76 c degrees. The restaurants of the hotel are the best in the town, though not cheap ones. The swimming pools and the spa and medical centers are also very good at fair price.

Unfortunately though the hotel is 4 star one, only receptionists speak any other language than Bulgarian. So if you want just to order food to the room you must speak Bulgarian or you'll get nothing. We've found no English-speaking staff. The description of the room was wrong even at the official site of the hotel: there are no safe deposit boxes in the rooms. The sofa in the luxury suite where we were staying was awful, the contruction is not intended for sleeping more than 1 night.

The natural mineral H2O spas.

The fact that the room smelled of cigarettes when 'No smoking' was allowed in the rooms. I am a non-smoker and that smell bothered me. The facilities could be open a bit longer than 8pm. Perhaps till 10pm?

the quality in the spa services and the mediteranean restorant varies .As the cook in not always the same and in the some therapists seem to feel bored.The elevator leading to the spa was out of order so we had to use the other elevators wearing your bathrobe and having to pass infront of the loby.

Very good Spa Center, value for maney and good location.

The staff was very impolite, especially at the reception and there are no information of the Spa facilities. Very bad internet connection.

The swimming pools were great and the presence of the spa center withing the hotel was awesome.

It was very offending for hotel customers of a 4 stars hotel to wait in front of the receptionist several minutes in order to receive the ok after inspection of the room made by housekeeping ! Thumbs down !

Spa and other facilites are excellent, location, price.

Overfull car park, chaotic parking, often had to park a long way away from hotel. 'Hot' breakfast foods were mostly cold. Poor quality (cheapest possible) tea and coffee and juice.

однообразие и скудный выбор продуктов на завтрак,отсутствие сезонных фруктов.дважды подавали помидоры,нарезанные сутки назад.

Отсутствие туристических маршрутов в горах; Отсутствие информации о СПА процедурах в номерах.

Месторасположение отличное, парк рядом, но под окном (если они на вход) шумит (грохочет) река и фонтаны. Спа-центр хороший, востребован, что приводит к невозможности получить желаемые процедуры. Хорошие бассейны, как открытый (с велосипедами под водой), так закрытый (он побольше). Хорошая сауна. Перед входом бювет с горячей минеральной водой.

Бронировала заранее (за несколько месяцев), а вот Спа-процедуры, из-за которых ехали в этот отель оказались почти недоступны из-за полной записи, что очень разочаровало.Как-то нужно это реорганизовать.

Столовете на терасата бяха счупени, терасата и дограмата й бяха прашни, а от мокета чорапите на детето станаха черни.
