The manager was very kind and the hotel has a very good breakfast. The hotel is in the center of the city and it is very is to reach the old city and also to go to Sunny Beach for an extra entertainment.

"Italy" is situated in a quite place, and there are a lot of good restaurants and shops near the hotel. Breakfast was the same every day, but good (very tasty coffee, cappuccino, tea). Kris (the owner) is very professional, sociable, positive, hospitable person. We asked him to advise where to celebrate our anniversary of wedding and he presented us the bottle of champagne. It was very nice to listen to the music and drink champagne seating near the pool :-) We hadn't any problem with parking. The all time we had our parking place near the hotel. Also we exchanged money in the hotel by good rate. We'll be back here some time! A little far away from beach.

I strongly recommend hotel Italia. It is located in new town, at maximum 10 minutes walk to old town. Very good quality/price ratio. Rooms are big and clean. We had an enormous round bed and we slept like queens. The breakfast was excellent. We used sauna and gym and we recommend them, also. We felt like home. The owner was very nice and helpful. I give him a big 10 for hospitality. Hotel Italia, congratulations for the way you treat your guests! Hope we’ll see you again soon! -

close to old town, very courteous staff, foreign exchange options in the hotel safe and a better price than the vast majority of exchange houses breakfast OK. parking problems, good luck if you find yourself parking or not. quite cramped as location

The hotel is located in a quiet area of the new town. The beaches that can be reached by foot are not the best, however a short drive solves the problem. The hotel pool is also extremely convenient. The Old Town is at a 15 minutes walking distance. Good and cheap restaurants are abundant in both New and Old Nessebar. The hotel owner and the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful, they really make you feel welcome. We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The pool was very nice, the owner very friendly and helpful, hotel is cosy and quite lately built/renovated, clean and nice. The beds were not too good :( Matresses were a little too hard and we couldn't get a good sleep. The towels were changed one per week, which I think is a bit too rarely.

Atmosfera de familie impreuna cu serviciile promte si de buna calitate. Locatia permite accesul usor la plaja si la minunatul oras Nasebar. Nu am, poate ca am stat prea putin, dar asta este vina mea.

Приятен хотел с отзивчив персонал. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Няма паркинг и трудно се намират места за паркиране около хотела. There is no parking and finding a place for the car could be quite difficult.

A személyzet nagyon kedves, megbízható, barátságos és segítő kész. A környezet kellemes, tiszta és biztonságos. A klíma használatáért nem kell külön fizetni, akár egész nap üzemeltethető, a felsőbb emeleteken reggel szükséges is. Az épületben van lift ez megkönnyíti a közlekedést. Az épület egy csendes utcában található, nem túl messze a forgalmas főutcától és a két strandtól. Mindenkinek ajánlani tudom aki nem "otthon üllő", szeret sétálni nézelődni, strandolni, stb, viszont a napi csavargás után csendes kellemes környezetben szeretne erőt gyűjteni a következő napra. Sajnos a medence nem gyerek barát, a wi-fi feláras, nem vettük igénybe így az áráról nincs információ, nincs saját parkoló, ettől eltekintve minden nagyon rendben van.

отличный отель. отношение к постояльцам великолепное, особенно красимира - хозяина отеля. он помогал в решении всех возникающих проблем. языкового барьера в отеле нет, все говорят или понимают по русски. местоположение хорошее, улица тихая, растояние до старого несебра 10-15 минут пешком, до пляжей тоже около 10-15 мин. рядом много ресторанчиков со "смешными" ценами (в старом несебре обед дороже на 25-30%), хотя надо сказать питание в целом в болгарии очень недорогое. с удовольствием приедем туда еще. единственный минус отеля для меня состоял в том что нет своей парковки (мы приехали на своем авто). но проблема решилась стоянкой авто на улице возле отеля.

замечательный отель. всё безупречно: удобный холл, панорамный лифт, чистый бассейн, прекрасный разнообразный завтрак. просторный номер, хорошая ванная комната с ванной, русские каналы имеются, хорошее кондиционирование, очень чисто. до пляжа несколько кварталов. до старого несебра минут 10 прогулочным шагом, вокруг много магазинчиков и кафе. хозяин красимир приветливый, заботливый, очень приятный и симпатичный человек, мы чувствовали себя его гостями, а не просто клиентами.к тому же он прекрасно говорит по-русски. с удовольствиям остановимся здесь ещё раз, если будем в несебре. a wonderful hotel. All perfectly: comfortable lounge, panoramic lift, clean pool, lovely varied breakfast. Spacious room, nice bathroom with bath, Russian channels are available, good air conditioning, very clean. The beach is a few blocks. The old town of Nessebar 10 minutes walking pace around the many shops and cafes. The owner Krasimir friendly, attentive, very pleasant and nice person, we felt his guests, not just customers.

Отель замечательный!Расположен недалеко от старого города.Рядом много ресторанчиков. В номерах чисто и комфортно.Хозяин отеля - Красимир очень гостеприимный!Обязательно остановимся там еще!
