Servicii ireprosabile la pret foarte bun.

Raport pret calitate f bun..receptionerii vb destul de bine engleza,,deci nu va faceti probleme ca nu v-ati putea intelege cu ei..micul dejun,,destul de bun..destul de bogat..recomand tuturor,,cine nu are breakfast intrebati la receptie,,veti plati o taxa per persoana.,vi se da un cartonas,,si gata!!,,Done!..locuri de parcare destule..nu se fura masini!!Hotelul isi merita stelele..destul de curat..aveti pana la plaja aprox 300 metri..faceti 5 min..recomand alegerea apartamentului!!..concluzie: isi merita banii.

trebuie sa rezervi foarte de dimineata sezlong la piscina hotelului..se ocupa f repede.{ in eventualitatea alegerii de a-ti petrece timpul la piscina hotelului si nu pe plaja }..piscina nu este incalzita..apa ffff receee...nu aveti dusuri la piscina..incercati sa luati camera pe partea interioara a hotelului..adica cu vedere la piscina..nu exterior,,la strada..zgomot f mare noaptea..nu gatiti in camera..va puti tot hotelul!!

Good location, new building, the pool is actually nice, the atmosphere was well. Good located - near to the beach, but not in the central of the Sunny Beach

The staffs weren't always happy, when you needed information, espasially the youngers. In the buildingwing were wqe were, there was only one lift ( fior 4 persons), you had to wait always lot.

Pleasent staff. Excellent location, few minutes to the beach. The food was absolutely delisious and always fresh

The hotel is overall quite good. You get a good value for the price you pay, and the downsides are quite minor but for the fact that it is far from the center. We enjoyed it and would recommend it, but note that the pool area is quite small and there are not enough sunbeds. Anyway, I find it ridiculous to go to the seaside to stay by the pool, we never used it.

As I said, the hotel is far from the center - about a 30 min walk. You can take the minibus for 3 levs. The staff at the front desk was ok but way too slow in handling everyone asking for something at the same time. It took us over 10 mins just to pay for the room + parking... By the way, parking in the hotel costs 10 levs a day, but you can also buy parking on the street and it is a bit cheaper (just be careful to actually buy it, or your car will be picked up). There was also some kind of problem with the credit card. One of three cards eventually worked - we tried MasterCard, Visa clasic and Visa Business, but only the last one was ok. If you pay by card you get a good exchange rate and no commission, but if you get cash from the exchange office in the hotel, you lose some money but I don't know how much, we did not use it.

отличный бассейн для взрослых и детей,ресторан с отличной кухней и радужными официантами,вообщем всё отлично!!!!

Personale, poco, attento molto piu' prposto a ricevere mance che attenzioni

A szobák tiszták voltak, rendszeresen takarítottak. A szállodához tartozó medence és bár kellemes, külön leválasztott gyermekmedence áll rendelkezésre. A személyzet segítőkész volt. A szálloda közvetlen közelében számos étterem és bolt található. A tengerpart elérhető távolságban van, Nessebar "kisvonattal" 10 perc alatt elérhető, mindössze 3 leváért. A szállodához tartozó Karolina étterem nagyon jó, kedves pincérekkel. A közeli aquaparkba ingyenes buszjáratok visznek, a megálló a hotelhez közel található.

Emailben próbáltuk leszervezni a reptéri transzfert a hotellel, nem válaszoltak rá, a telefonont viszont felveszik. Papír alapú kézzel írt nyilvántartásuk van. A szállást az első nap kifizettük, távozáskor viszont nem találták ennek nyomát, szerencsére eltettük a bizonylatot. A medence körüli napozóágyakat korán reggel lefoglalják a vendégek. A legközelebb eső strand homokja koszos, tele van csikkekkel és kövekkel. Többször közelebbi kapcsolatba kerültünk medúzákkal, figyelni kell. A tengerpart ezen szakasza néhol hínáros, a parton összegyűlt növény bűze zavaró.

Miła obsługa, wysoki standard, bliskość basenu i baru, doskonała relacja cena/jakość

Egy helyben minden ami a kényelmet biztosítja. Udvarias kiszolgálás, helyben parkolás nagyon kellmes környezet. Nessebar közelsége.
