Location location location

The description of the room booked differed when we got there, we booked a junior suite and ended up in an apartment. Spoke to manager and staff but unable to get what we paid for, including the tea coffee facilities, ironing board and iron unless we had the apartment.

The Hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly although limited in English. The aprartment we rented was very large. the pool area was very relaxing.

Although the appearance of this resort is impressive that quickly wears off do to the lack of services. The TV was a 13 inch 1980s type tube tv that you could not see from acroos the room which is where the sofa was. Although the room was large and had a big kitchen there was no table or chairs to sit at to eat. Just empty floor space. The kitchen was not adaquitly supplied as there were no towels or soap or cleaning supplies, just dishes that were dirty i assume because there is know wayto clean them. The refrigirator did not work becaus the outlet was dead. This facility also although they do have a nice pool do not offer pool towels which is a must especially for those traveling from long distance. Overall I would have to say other then a place to sleep this hote does not offer much. The apartment was a huge dsapointment.

The hotel was very nice. the rooms are generous and every day they clean our room. They have a big park place. The pool was in good condition. breakfast and dinner are excellent and they have a diversion of food.

the hotel staff didn't speak english. Very few words and i cannot talk with they.

Small parking lot and the restaurant doesn't fit if too many guest are at once for breakfast or dinner. If I reserve and pay for parking, I expect to have my parking spot reserved for all period.

The hotel is located near to Nessebar and is far fm the center of Sunny beach - this location is good because the hotel is far fm the noisy center of Sunny Beach and is near to Old town of Nessebar that is very good place for walk. The hotel is near to Cacao Beach - the beach is very good.

I don't recommend this hotel for families with small children. It was noisy. There was a lot of clamour and music around the hotel. This place is probably good for young people who enjoy having fun.

Conditiile,confortul, curatenia si serviciile slabe nu este de categorie de 4 stele. Ar trebui sa fie categorisit la 2 stele. Aspecte negative_ platesti garantie pentru orice; prosop, telecomanda....etc, camera nu era curata,

Personal ist schlecht Eingeschuld Fremdsprachen sind ein Fremdwort die Zimmer nicht sauber und und..............Schade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

La cucina del ristorante e il bar sulla piscina. Inoltre la stanza era molto confortevole e sempre pulita, con un bel balcone. Davvero un buon hotel, sono stato bene, bene, bene!

Sinceramente no. L'unica cosa che potrebbero fare per apportare un miglioramento al confort dell'hotel, sarebbe potenziare la rete wi-fi.

Raport pret calitate f bun..receptionerii vb destul de bine engleza,,deci nu va faceti probleme ca nu v-ati putea intelege cu ei..micul dejun,,destul de bun..destul de bogat..recomand tuturor,,cine nu are breakfast intrebati la receptie,,veti plati o taxa per persoana.,vi se da un cartonas,,si gata!!,,Done!..locuri de parcare destule..nu se fura masini!!Hotelul isi merita stelele..destul de curat..aveti pana la plaja aprox 300 metri..faceti 5 min..recomand alegerea apartamentului!!..concluzie: isi merita banii.

trebuie sa rezervi foarte de dimineata sezlong la piscina hotelului..se ocupa f repede.{ in eventualitatea alegerii de a-ti petrece timpul la piscina hotelului si nu pe plaja }..piscina nu este incalzita..apa ffff receee...nu aveti dusuri la piscina..incercati sa luati camera pe partea interioara a hotelului..adica cu vedere la piscina..nu exterior,,la strada..zgomot f mare noaptea..nu gatiti in camera..va puti tot hotelul!!

A Junior Suite lakosztály mérete nagyon jó. Szép kilátás volt a szobából.

A terasz túl keskeny. A személyzet lehetne készségesebb, nyelvtudásuk elég hiányos. Egy hosszabb mondatot nem igazán értenek meg. A szobában az egyik fal penészedik!!!! A reggeli bőséges, de nagyon egyhangú (minden nap ugyanaz). Nem volt a szobában hajszárító. Mindezek ellenére jól éreztük magunkat, ezek csak a mi "észrevételeink".

amplasarea holetului era foarte buna, conditiile in general bune, si spa-ul mi-a placut foarte mult.

personalul nu cunostea limba engleza si greu puteai comunica cu cei de la hotel.

Miła obsługa, wysoki standard, bliskość basenu i baru, doskonała relacja cena/jakość

Egy helyben minden ami a kényelmet biztosítja. Udvarias kiszolgálás, helyben parkolás nagyon kellmes környezet. Nessebar közelsége.

A tenger messzebb van a jelzettől E hely a napospart komplexum széle.
