I enjoyed the luxury services in spa as well as the comfort in staying in the hotel. I'll like to note that there are all kind of facilities in the hotel so I could stay there for the whole weekend without thinking to find something in another place. |

Probably, the best hotel in the area, 5 star facilities, very peaceful and quite, location and views are excellent. Breakfast was great but very little choice for Lunch and dinner for people like us with Asian/Indian background. Room service should be abolished on certain categories such as a bottle of mineral water etc or should at least be complimentary. Perhaps the most disappointing part of my stay was the bill for water. There should be enough supply in the room to start with or at least no room service if we had to order it. |

The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful. The hotel was excellent value and well situated. As it was off season, certain facilities were not open as often (or at all) and there was little information about what would be available ona given day unless you asked. |

Luxury,excellent spa,friendly staff,dinner at Come Prima restaurant They really nead to improve the quality of room service food which is also too pricey.During our stay,outdoor swimming pools were empty,indoor pool was empty the first day of our stay and executive club was closed.They should inform their clients through their website about any temporary lack of amenities.Rooms,although huge and convinient,need refurbishing. |

hotel very hell situated near the ski lift , spa was excellent as facility and staff was very kind and proffessional apart from the receptionist of the spa who did not want to explain the offer and just gave us a broshure to read and first refused to schedule us at the hours we proposed becauze-they said it was fully booked, and after we insisted, they agreed, leaving us to believe it was just a... the rooms were noisi, one can hear what the neighbours were speaking in the other room |

Spa facilitis are very good, breakfast is excelent. a la carte restaurants are better cross the street. Parking is not included in the price of the room. |

There were great views from the hotel. The ski hire, lift pass office and main gondola were only a few metres away from the hotel. |

The location of the hotel and the facilities are great. The staff is inexperienced, they seem like they just discovered the service business. They don't know how to smile, look you in the eye and make you feel at home. But they did everything they were supposed to do, so no complaints. Nothing I did not like about Kempiniski, except their price. They are the best hotel at Bansko, but their price difference reflects that and then some. |

Great wellness and spa area. Behaviour of the hotels staff. They forbiten us with unpolite matters to take breakfast at 10.30 a.m. despite the existens og a list in our room whidh informed that breakfast is until 11.00 am. |

Central location of hotel, restaurant staff (evening meal) and bar staff (Mon night) Wanted to order room service when we arrived (about midnight), the menu said there was food available but when I tried to order I was told that it was only available during peak season.The reception staff were abrupt.
