Spacious and calm; a great place to relax. Positive attitude from all staff encountered. Great willingness to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Free wireless internet throughout left me with a good impression.

A bit of a walk from the station. When I arrived in Bansko, there were no taxis at the station or nearby.

The hotel has a perfect location. We have stayed several times in Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites and all rooms are beautiful and quiet. The breakfast is great. Great plus is that you can buy ski pass directly at the hotel.

1. This is a ski hotel and I was surprised that they do not allow us to check out later (4 pm). We stayed at the hotel several times and this time the hotel was definitely not full and we were leaving on Sunday, when most tourists leave, so I am pretty sure that they have free rooms at this day. 2. Another shocking thing is that you have to pay the whole breakfast if you order it to the room. Since the breakfast is included in room rate they should only take money for the room service, not the breakfast & service ( about 15 eur per person ). This is ridiculous!

Even though it is a large 5 star hotel, it felt very cosy and welcoming, almost home from home, but with service and great comfort. My husband and I and our grown-up children all found the experience of staying in the Bansko Kempinski really fantastic. Could not really fault it. Can't wait to go back there!!!!

One dodgy employee made us feel a little uneasy.

I enjoyed the luxury services in spa as well as the comfort in staying in the hotel. I'll like to note that there are all kind of facilities in the hotel so I could stay there for the whole weekend without thinking to find something in another place.

Probably, the best hotel in the area, 5 star facilities, very peaceful and quite, location and views are excellent.

Breakfast was great but very little choice for Lunch and dinner for people like us with Asian/Indian background. Room service should be abolished on certain categories such as a bottle of mineral water etc or should at least be complimentary. Perhaps the most disappointing part of my stay was the bill for water. There should be enough supply in the room to start with or at least no room service if we had to order it.

Η ειδυλιακή τοποθεσίατου, το Αλπικό τοπίο και το στύλ Αλπικού Σαλέ του ξενοδοχείου, η πολυτέλεια του και η ηρεμία και ομορφιά της φύσης τριγύρω. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και ρομάντζο.Υπέροχο πρωινό. Πολύ άνετο και ευρύχωρο το δωμάτιο, με όλες τις ανέσεις. Ευχαρίστως θα ξαναπήγαινα. Τέλεια διαμονή.

Να υπάρχει δυνατότητα επιλογής μαξιλαριών και καλύτερο ξεσκόνισμα.
