Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena  

i appreciated that the reception staff was willing when i asked to boil some milk for my baby after midnight

i didn't like the christmas dinner at all, my company either. So much money (55 euros! only for food) for such a poor buffet. it could have smaller variety but better quality. moreover, it was not a "christmas" menu at all and there was not a "christmas atmoshere" at all with only two persons playing music trying to make you asleep.

Excellent hotel, good location, impresive gondola, right to the ski places. Spaces room, with very, very big double bed. Good food, especialy juces which are almost natural. Excellent facilities, spa, pool, sauna even a snow room ( first time in some hotel where we be.) Highly recomended to everyone.

I think that prices in loby bar was litle high, also in middle season should be parking be free.

Proximity with the ski resort and the availability of the staff.

The restaurant is good but does not have the quality you are waiting from a hotel of this category

Very much under expectations after my staying in kempinski in turkey. I have been eaten far much better food in hotels in bulgaria. little disappointing... :(

Nice position near the gondola, corect breakfast, lot of persons speak english.

Very smal spa for such a large hotel. Just two saunas (and one was closed !?!), one very small fridge room (no more than 3 persons could use it simultaneously and the snow is simply not enough if there are more than 10 peoples in sauna). Small outside pools and pathetic outside jacuzzi (the inside one was simply in a rebuilding process and not usable). Very poor restaurant menu, lack of fresh stuff (including the meal and fish!) simmply not acceptable for a 5* hotel. In exchange they offer room service twice per day and valet parking: come on! - 100 m away there are cows on the street - keep the decent line! And for the room with mounntaain view you pay extra and get a room with (gondolas') cables and burned field view. Questionnable taste furniture in the room. Sorry: I can offer a 6 for them.

The room (large, elegant, clean, excellent bed & bed linen, large bathroom) ; high-speed wi-fi free of charge ; excellent spa area (large pool, steam baths, snow room , etc) and spa services (the alpha-sphere is something really special and rare to find in a spa)

There was VIP entrance to the mountains in this hotel. That's why we didn't spend time queueing. If you choose another hotel, you will have been waiting for ages.

Spa

Ski room was very well equipped and the person who works there was Vladimir which we were very happy with him.Polite,helpful and did a very good job to get our skies ready. Hotel personel was generally polite. Hotel had limited personel to handle luggage ,and it was a problem at arrival.

Italian restaurant is expensive and food was not good. We did not enjoy the meal.

Christmas dinner was a disappointment.

The best Hotel in Bansko...Highly Recommended...!!!

I would like the inside pool a little hotter.

Overrated. The area may be cheap but the quality of services is also poor.
