There is a restaurant on the top (19th floor) which plaid their Turbo Folk until 3AM.They put us on the 17th Flor even dhow the hotel was almost empty.We could not sleep the whole night and we had to catch a plain in the morning. |

it is not the first time I choose Kempinski, rooms are with modern design, baths are okay. just remember to book from the new renovated rooms. it is very important because the old ones are terrible but also a little cheaper. |

Parking and Internet (pretty fast) included. First Hotel I stayed with a notice: "no drinkable water" in the room. Typically the water quality in Sofia is pretty good (lived there for 18 months). |

Excellent service from the staff overall. The common areas also look fresh, and we had an excellent dinner in the Italian restaurant on the Mezzanine floor. The view from the Panorama restaurant on the 19th floor is magnificent. The rooms we got were old. It felt like stepping into a James Bond-movie from the mid-1970s. Definitely not 5-star standard, and I would have been gutted if I had paid anything close to full-price for this room. We had a huge discount, so fair enough. But the old rooms are not Kempinski standard, and should be renovated too. Disappointed at not even getting a reply to our request for a renovated room, although we wouldn't expect to be upgraded based on the price we paid for the room. The menu at the Panorama restaurant was a bit dated, and the whole place would benefit from a refurbishment. The food didn't stand to our expectations or the price, but we were happy to pay for the view and a beautiful sunset over Sofia. Excellent service tho. |

We asked from the reception to call a taxi for us and they call the most expensive taxi , 30 euros for 5 km !!! As we found out that is not unleagual -the prices that the taxis charge- they charge anythink they want . BUT the hotel employers should protect their guests !!! Also be carefull for over charges if you go for a drink !!! |

The hotel offers a great selection of facilities and the renovated rooms are really nice although somewhat expensive. If you book the basic room you are very likely getting one of the non-renovated rooms which is very unlike the picture in bookings.com and which is really horrible. The picture shown is very misleading. |

В отеле я останавливаюсь не в первый раз потому как здесь оптимальное соотношение цены и качества! Вот уже больше года идет ремонт спа,бассейна и тренажерного зала! ЭТО НЕВЕРОЯТНО ДЛИТЕЛЬНЫЙ СРОК! К тому же нигде нет об этом информации- не у Вас,ни на сайте самого отеля! |
