Se alcuni servizi non sono disponibili (come la piscina ed il fitness center) bisogna informare I clienti prima della prenotazione e non dopo la prenotazione. Senza quei servizi non e' piu' un hotel da 5 stelle e deve costare molto meno. Ho accettato il costo dell'hotel perche' credevo ci fossero questi servizi. Invece non li ho trovati. |

L'hotel dovrebbe essere un poco rinnovato. Il prezzo che ho pagato tramite il vostro sito e' equo. Ho apprezzato molto la sala fitness che e' molto bene organizzata. Ho cenato al ristorante giapponese . Una delusione completa.In cucina non vi e' un cuoco giapponese e ovviamente questo si avverte. |

The hotel offers a great selection of facilities and the renovated rooms are really nice although somewhat expensive. If you book the basic room you are very likely getting one of the non-renovated rooms which is very unlike the picture in bookings.com and which is really horrible. The picture shown is very misleading. |

The delux room was excellent and the staff very helpfull. The food is not first class but then Bulgaria is not renown for it's food |

The hotel does not seem to be a 5 star hotel. The furniture is extremely old and damaged. The tiles inside the bathroom have a dirty look (everything that should have been white looks somewhat yellow). The location of the hotel is good, the breakfast was good and with a wide variety of food. The staff tries to be as friendly as possible but as in all Bulgarian hotels, their English is not the... Someone should reevaluate the number of stars for this hotel and put some money in restoring the rooms. |

Most 5 star offer bathrobes and slippers. The Kempinski offer men's and lady's versions. Plenty of storage room in the bedroom and surfaces in the bathroom. Sounds unimportant until you travel on business with your wife!!! Shame the cosy piano bar was shut down, the larger lobby bar is a bit soulless, in spite of the exemplary service. |

The comfort and cleanliness were perfect. The restaurant and bars were fine too, the pool is beautiful. It is way out of the center of Sofia |

Piscine fermée, pas indiqué sur le site booking , et très mal sur le site de Kempiski. Une honte, c'est le principal attrait de l'hotel qui est loin du centre ville ! Serveuse du bar du Lobby qui ne savait pas ce qu'était un Martini .... |

Hôtel propre et personnel accueillant. Jolies vues sur la ville et les environs. Bon restaurant Turc (Istambul). Clim poussive et erratique. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte. Piscine couverte pas très nette et ambiance "pays de l'Est pré-89" |

Het is een enigszins gedateerd hotel. Voor het geld zit je ook in een van de nieuwe 5-sterren hotels, met een completere badkamer en comfortabeler hotel. |
