Comfortable, clean, good value for this price.

Using of computer should be free of charge.

it is not the first time I choose Kempinski, rooms are with modern design, baths are okay. just remember to book from the new renovated rooms. it is very important because the old ones are terrible but also a little cheaper.

Good location, breakfast.

To ask for € 40,- for early check in (at 10:15) is rather bold, isn't it?

Excellent service from the staff overall. The common areas also look fresh, and we had an excellent dinner in the Italian restaurant on the Mezzanine floor. The view from the Panorama restaurant on the 19th floor is magnificent.

The rooms we got were old. It felt like stepping into a James Bond-movie from the mid-1970s. Definitely not 5-star standard, and I would have been gutted if I had paid anything close to full-price for this room. We had a huge discount, so fair enough. But the old rooms are not Kempinski standard, and should be renovated too. Disappointed at not even getting a reply to our request for a renovated room, although we wouldn't expect to be upgraded based on the price we paid for the room. The menu at the Panorama restaurant was a bit dated, and the whole place would benefit from a refurbishment. The food didn't stand to our expectations or the price, but we were happy to pay for the view and a beautiful sunset over Sofia. Excellent service tho.

The attention to service is recommendable

The hotel offers a great selection of facilities and the renovated rooms are really nice although somewhat expensive.

If you book the basic room you are very likely getting one of the non-renovated rooms which is very unlike the picture in bookings.com and which is really horrible. The picture shown is very misleading.

Hotellin esittely ja todellisuus eivät vastanneet toisiaan. Viiden tähden hotelli, jossa huone oli remontoimaton, max. kolmen tähden tasoinen.

la habitación me parece mala malisima es muy vieja y para la calidad del hotel no esta en concordancia creo que tenian que reformar las habitaciones por lo menos en las que me he alojado yo.

να κανει ανακαινιση και στα υπολοιπα δωματια ,να λειτουργησει γρηγορα η πισινα.
