This is my sixth stay this year 2012 at Kempinski Zografski, this hotel is perfect choice for both business and families for its comfort and facilities. Great stuff, kind and professional. Zografski hotel has the biggest fitness and spa club around sofia, free wifi or wired internet all over the hotel. As businessman this is my recommendation! p.s people please don't forget to tip the bell boys and the wonderful reception lady's.

I enjoyed my stay there. Reading reviews I read that it is run down and it is. The hotel is old (run down) but a clean and well decorated. The mini bar is outrageous price so be careful. Internet is fast and it matters to me a lot.

More variety for breakfast menu

The location is central and there's an easy access to the airport, about 5-6 euros, depending on traffic. All cab rides to the city center are under 3 euros. There are deluxe rooms, which are about 20euros more than the base room, it's worth it as the deluxe rooms are renovated recently. good service, good facilities, the gym is excellent.

The reception staff is not very helpful, they try to pass the buck to someone else. I had two issues: the hot water in my room was coming and going making it difficult to take a shower. They receptionist said it was a technical issue and he would be talking to the appropriate people. This was on my second night. By the fifth night the issue was still not fixed! Also, the sheets were too short and didn't cover the matress in my room. The cleaning lady told me that this was an issue with all the kind size matresses. You would expect a hotel of this calibre to have the correct sheets for its matresses.... I had two separate reservations, one for 3 nights and one for 2 nights for a total of 5 nights; this created a bit of confusion, but we cleared it out.

Could provide breakfast (will not lose money from a !!!!!!), breakfast room was very simple for 5 * and not impressive as the hotel entrance.

Very outdated rooms with very very very uncomfortable beds !!!! Not what I have experienced before when staying at Kempinski hotels. This hotel is in major need of the rooms being updated. With newer, well known hotels available in the city this needs to be addressed quickly or they are in danger of losing cliental.

Very good and friendly staff. The study room is big and offer good office place where to work in confort and have meetings. The restaurants are very good.

Zeker en vast niet de kwaliteit zoals in andere hotels van de Kempinski keten. In het restaurant 'Captain Cook' kan men niet 2 dagen dezelfde kwaliteit leveren .... Laatste dag zijn we na een half uur wachten maar vertrokken .... Personeel is zeer hautaine en onvriendelijk !
