Kini Park Hotel  

-Staff was very friendly and professional -We had half-board choice and the food was excellent. At dinner the 3-4 main courses were never the same during our 7 days stay. Besides the main courses, you had plenty of choices- sidings, soups, salads, desserts -The hotel is situated in a small oak forest. Very quiet place and splendid balcony view. -Pool is quite big for a 3-star hotel -Nice evening program at the bar - Refrigerator in the room -The room is big and very cozy -Diversified tv programs: German, English, Romanian, French, Bulgarian -Parking is free and very convenient -Recommended for families with children

-No air-conditioning, not even in the restaurant or in the lobby. The hotel is cool, indeed (the oak forest), but it still needs some a/c in the hot summer days. -No elevator. Not very disturbing because the entrance in the hotel is at the second floor, the hotel has only 4 floors and there are not too many stairs to climb, but still... -The walk to the main beach of Golden Sands is between 10-15 minutes. There is also a smaller beach closer - about 5 minutes walk. -You need to pay for the Internet (a small rate though), but is available only in public places, not in the room -Most annoying thing for us: the pool opens at 9 and closes at..18!! At 9 people are already at the beach, at 18 they haven't returned yet from the beach. When you are the most eager to swim in the pool, in the cool evening, it is not possible! For this reason, at noon it's overcrowded. I strognly suggest to extend the pool timetable till 21-22 hours.

They are very friendly trying to help us all the time. The rooms are relatively small ( we have 2 kids for some of you this is not relevant ).

Is a little far away to the beach.

I have appreciated staying to hotel. The meals is excellent. Let me say great thanks to chef. Cleanness and hotel staff are very well. I would be strongly recommended this hotel for travelers in Golden Sands. Thank you very much for good accomodation and great vacation

Location and a feeling of being at your friends place. A very cosy and neat hub of a green oasis in the outskirts of a noisy centre.

Am stat timp de o saptamana la acest hotel si am fost foarte multumita de raportul calitate pret. Datorita amplasarii hotelului la o distanta de 10-15 min. de mers pe jos pana in centrul statiunii ne-am relaxat pe deplin intr-o atmosfera linistita departe de galagia la care esti expus in centrul statiunii si ne-am putut bucura zilnic de o scurta plimbare.

Mancarea ar fi putut fi mai variata, dar pentru calatorii care nu sunt foarte pretentiosi este ok.

Amplasarea, faptul ca este retras fata de restul statiunii, intr-o zona linistita cu multa verdeata. Hotelul este ok pentru 3 stele, amenajat simplu dar cu bun gust. Raport calitate pret bun.

Televizorul din camera foarte foarte mic. Personalul vorbeste germana si foarte putin engleza (se explica, pentru ca majoritatea clientilor sunt nemti). In sala de mese felurile de mancare erau indicate numai in germana; in hotel foarte rar gaseai panouri cu indicatii in engleza.

Понравилось место расположение отеля, недалеко от пляжа и в вечернее время не слышно шума от дискотек и баров. Отличный открытый бассейн, бар с напитками, настольный теннис. Чистота в номерах, замена полотенец и белья - отлично! Были на своей машине - наличие парковки у отеля, тоже хорошо.

Wir haben es schnell wieder gefunden, dank der Erfahrung vom letzten Jahr. Die Mitarbeiter sind hifsbereit beim Tragen des Gepäcks über die diversen Treppen (kein Lift).

Bei der grossen Hitze ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage ein Nachteil. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist begrenzt, und der Nachschub an Geschirr klappte nicht immer.

Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von der Partymeile am Golden Sands entfernt, es ist abends jedoch angenehm ruhig. Das Essen im Ala carte Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert und auch preiswert.

Amplasarea exccelenta, linistea din jur, racoarea data de parcul ce-l inconjoara, imbinarea perfecta intre modestia aparenta si confortul foarte bun. Raportul pret-calitate excelent.

The service is very good at this hotel. Teh people at the reception are very nice and you can speak English & German. The owners of the hotel you can meet easily around in the hotel to tell them your wishes and problems. It has a few secure parking places for your car outside. The hotel is very clean and the service is very good.

The location is not very good. You have to walk 1km until the beach started. We had a lot of problems to find it by car and it was very hard to walk all the stairs up to the hotel on our return from the beach. Remember there iws no aircondition in the rooms so on hot days it is sometimes hard even to sleep in the rooms. The reataurant is not very good and there are not enough alternatives of meals there. For simple thing like the fridge or the internet (it is only available in the lobby and cafe and you have to buy codes for it for 1/2 hour or 1 hour).

Anlage ist sehr schön und relativ ruhig gelegen, abseits von der "Ballermann" Atmosphäre direkt am Goldstrand, schöne große Zimmer mit Balkon!

Der "Chef" im Frühstückssaal war unverschämt unfreundlich, erinnert an Gefängnisaufseher. Bsp. : Gäste mit Tank Tops wurden auf eine Art und Weise aufgefordert sich umzuziehen, welche ein absolutes No Go im Servicebereich darstellt! Man wurde wie ein Verbrecher angeschrien, wohlgemerkt nur weil man ein tank top trug! Die Frage, ob dies bei einem 3 Sterne Hotel, wo alle Gäste (auch beim Frühstück) mit Shorts und Flip Flops rumlaufen, angebracht sei mal dahingestellt. Aber dieser Umgang mit gästen ist nicht vertretbar und leider ein dickes Minus in dem ansonsten tollen Hotel mit wohlgemerkt äußerst nettem Personal ! Frühstücksraum könnte größer sein

Худший 3хзведочный отель на черноморском побережье. Дорогой вариант плохого советского пансионата. Номера маленькие и убогие. Убила мелочность в отеле - холодильник стоит в номере без шнура питания, выдается за отдельную плату. Беспардонный и непрофессиональный персонал - про чек аут, который в 12:00, позвонили напомнить в 8 утра, а в 11:30 без стука в номер ворвалась уборщица. При оплате номера персонал вел себя просто по хамски. У них не работал терминал оплаты по карте (хотя при заезде несколько раз уточняли что оплата будет нами произведена по безналу) - предложили нам сбегать и снять денег в банкомате за 3 км. Для тех кто не знает в Болгарии при обналичивании денег берут очень большой процент. На нашу просьбу по другому решить вопрос в хамской форме угрожали полицией - "терминал у нас не работает, зато работает полиция"

Všetko bolo bez problémov,hlavne strava,čistota a pristup personalu.

Nepáčilo sa nám ,že bazén pri hoteli bol otvorený len do 18 00.

In primul rand, curatenia a fost ireprosabila. In fiecare zi se schimba cearceafurile si prosoapele si se face curat in camera. Totodata, si restul hotelului este foarte curat. In al doilea rand, amplasarea este un punct forte din punctul meu de vedere. Stiu ca multi au comentat negativ la acest capitol, dar mie mi s-a parut faptul ca hotelul este amplasat intr-o mini-padure un lucru excelent. Departe de agitatia din centrul statiunii si beneficiind de umbra copacilor, nu stiu ce poti sa ceri mai mult de la un hotel de 3 stele. Da, intr-adevar, daca ai copii sau daca esti intr-o forma fizica deplorabila, atunci ai de ce sa te plangi de treptele pe care trebuie sa le urci. Staff-ul este foarte respecturos si dornic sa te ajute. Mancarea de la micul dejun este destul de variata si de o calitate buna.

Facilitatile pot lasa de dorit pentru unii turisti. Piscina este acceptabila ca dimensiuni, dar este deschisa doar intre orele 9 si 18, asa ca nu se poate sta seara in piscina. Exista o masa de biliard si una de ping pong, dar entertainment-ul cam la asta se rezuma.
