All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

I liked that the hotel is located in the old town and that there is a beach very near to it. I also liked that it was good value for money and that the staff was really great and helpful. |

The location... but the island is very samll and everything is close. I don't like the fact that we did not stay at the hotel. From 4 rooms booked, only one was actualy in the hotel; the rest were in guest rooms. The manager didn't give us a good explanation, so we had to stay in these rooms. One of them didn't have AC. I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel, you might end up ruining your holiday. |

Location, near to the center of the peninsula, but far away from the crowded area, easy to reach the sea shore and the comercial areas, the silence, the ambient. Even though I booked 2 rooms, I had the surprise of getting only one, so I had to stay in another building. The communication between the host and the tourists must be improved. There is a parking problem, for those travelling by car. The parking is big, cheap, secure, but beyond the city limits. The host should provide the luggage transfer in and out, which it would be easy, with the help of a plastic card. Some one must stay at the reception desk on a day and night basis, not only day time. |

La situation........ C'est tout Tout ...... Un accueil presque inexistant... Nous avons eu une chambre au 4eme étage sans ascenceur .. chambre je ne peux même pas vraiment employer ce mot... C'était une pièce sous les toits à peine 2m² ou nous pouvions tenir debout..il y avait un simple matelas posé à même le sol..... Certes le prix était très peu élevé 30 euro par nuit mais à ce moment il faut préciser dès le début qu'il faut pour cela dormir sur un matelas par terre .. les autres chambres avait l'air bien... Aux étages inférieurs.. |

Отель находится в старом городе, близко к магазинам, кафе, и пляжу. Номера со всеми удобствами. Обслуга вежливая, понимает русский язык. Условия соотвествуют уровню две звезды. Отсутствие прямой вентиляции в номере ухудшает комфорт пребывания. Кондиционер работает только при полностью закрытом окне, но доступ свежего воздуха в номер при этом исключается (фрамуг нет). Поэтому приходилось выбирать, либо кондиционер, либо жара, но свежий воздух. В данном отеле не могут сделать правильные бухгалтерские документы (в соотвествии с международными стандартами), если они необходимы для отчетности. Дают только чек и подтверждение бронирования от booking.com, которые не являются квитанцией об оплате, что необходимо исправить. |
