Very helpful and responsive staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Beautiful, well-groomed yard. Comparatively not enough rich menu in the restaurant - primary local dishes.

Избрахме хотела за уикенд в Девин. Направихме резервация на апартамент, реално се оказа ползване на дневна и една от спалните във вила на комплекса. Комплексът е отлично поддържан, разполага със собствен ресторант, предлагащ доста прилично меню. Не се предлагаше опция без включена закуска в цената.

Много приятен, направен с вкус и стил, отлично поддържане на тревните площи и природата Ресторантът - с изключени е закуската, която беше добре, менюто е твърде стандартно, голяма част от нещата ги няма изобщо или трябва да се поръчат предварително ( при това блюда, за направата на които половин час и напълно достатъчен). А и предлаганите неща не са с високо качество. Бих препоръчала хотела на мои приятели, но ще ги посъветвам да се хранят на друго място.

Добре замислен и чудесно изпълнен комплекс,развивайки по нов начин традиционната родопска архитектура.За лятото е прекрасно с просторни зелени площи и водни ефекти.Липсата на топла връзка между хотелската част и спа центъра през зимата ще е проблем.Персоналът е много отзивчив и любезен,закуската с домашни мекички е чудесна.

Luxe kamer, mooi zwembad, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet De wifi werkte niet in de kamer, daarvoor moest je naar het restaurant. Het personeel sprak erg weinig Engels.

красивата гледка, обслужванетои отзивчивостта на персонала и СПА условията. Единствена забележка, че нямаха информация за нашата резервация, когато пристигнахме в хотела.
