The tranquility and silence on the fifth floor - you can sleep up to 11.00h. AM If you would like... unfortunately the breakfast is up to 10.00h.AM...

The food - I would say - it was a bit poor, but if you are not a gourmet person... it is OK at the end...

Breakfast is fine, hotel is very clean and good for 3*, with pool and free parking

Beware, location on map is not correct, its quite far from a sandy beach (approx 700-1000 m) , and the beach is not a good one ! next time I'll choose Golden Sands

Comfort of the room and facilities. The hotel looks like a 4 stars level and not 3 stars as you can see on the internet.

It's not the case.

Hizmet kalitesi sıfır. Yemekler çok kötü, çeşşt yok. Deniz yok, eğlence yok, temizlik yok, Bedava olsa gidilecek otel değil.

Bu otel booking.com sayfasından çıkarılmalı. Abartmıyorum. giderseniz görürsünüz. Tatiliniz zehir olacak. Siz yemek yerken resteurantta ışıklar kapatılıyor saat 20,00 yemek saati 18.00 ile 20,00 arası sizin yemeğinizi bitirip bitirmediğiniz garsonun umurunda bile değil.

Hotelli ümbrus on suur ja puhas. Bassein suur. Väga lastesõbralikud animaatorid. Palju Saksamaa Sobib ka noortele, kes tahavad öösel või päeva külatada Varnat ja muid lähedal asuvaid kuurorte ( nt. Kuldsed Liivad) Suurepärane ühendus bussiga 409, mis viib otse Varna lennujaama, bussijaama, kesklinna ning Delfinaariumisse.

Mrówki w pokoju, daleko od morza, basen czynny tylko do godziny 18, kiepska obsługa, mało urozmaicone śniadania. W opisie wszystko pięknie I ładnie, rzeczywistość jest całkiem inna. Nikomu nie polecam.

Современный дизайн, бассейн неплохой, свежая и разнообразная еда

Сломанная сантехника, просили починить в первый день - не сделали и в последний. Два раза видели бегающих тараканов в ванне и шкафу (были в шоке). Сломана дверь на балкон, нельзя было проветривать ночью помещение. Телевизор работал только после удара по нему.

The hotel is nice and quiet. It is appropriate for families with children and those who want to relax. The pool is nice and quite large but with no special facilities for kids except for a small basin. However, the animation team is great and manages to involve most of the people (adults and kids) around the pool in common fun activities (including at night, within the hotel disco). The hotel is sorrounded by a green area with big trees bringing a pleasent coolnes in the hot summer days. The half board was excellent. Great value for money. The biliard and ping-pong tables may be used for three leva per game. The pool chairs costs 6 leva per day, except for guest with all inclusive reservations.

The room was ok, but quite small. The towels were only changed once at three days. The cleaning staff didn't clean the room for two out of 5 days(they checked the door at 9:30 while we were inside and haven't come back later). The beach is quite far from the hotel. All beaches in Constantin &Elena are not sandy but full of rocks. However, we had a pleasent time in this hotel and resort.
