Hotel Aquapark Kotva  

Location, even with some negative points it is rather good value for money, own aquapark for children, rather big room for the 3* hotel

Bed shits and towels were changed on the 5th day, no "do not disturb/please clean" sign (the maid can break in while you are sleeping), not possible to adjust constant water tempreture in the shower cabin, food for breakfast is very basic

Excellent pools for all family young and old good location to beach front and easy to get to many locations

Very poor food went on bb but would recommend go room only if possible and go out to eat near by bars and restaurants cheap and good value for money

The pools and the water slides were greatly appreciated by kids, also the garden, the playing ground and the tree house. The rooms were acceptable in terms of facilities and cleanliness. For those arriving by car there was plenty of parking space (compared to other hotels in Sunny Beach). The way to the beach is quite special, winding through the dunes. The hotel uses renewable energy (solar panels).

We took half board, which was fair in terms of price, but the food was rather basic, not varied and about the same every day. A couple of times, in the morning, there were no free tables and no forks and knives available in the hotel restaurant. We had to wait almost a quarter an hour to get a free table and cutlery. The restaurant manager (Ms. Neli) was rude and even aggressive when told about the cutlery problem. The shower cabin had no door. The minibar did not work. Towels and sheets were changed after 4 days. Wireless internet was available in the lobby but the connection was slow and worked intermittently.

Excellent facilities for the children (slides, etc.), beautiful pool decorations and tidy room. Very good location.

The restaurant services are not good, I regretted to pay hb as the dinner was very poor and each evening the same (untasty) dishes were available only.

Location was very good. Boat restaurant is very good, and the staff in that restaurant is the best that there is in that hotel!

Everything about this hotel is bad, I payed for half board and I didnt touch the food because it was terrible,so I had to dine out in restaurants just out side the hotel which I recomend! Swimming pools were dirty, nobody cleans them at all! Sun beds were in bits! And there is so many teensof around 14 from Poland drinking and smoking that it was too discusting to watch! And nobody did nothing about it. Would not go back to this hotel and would never recomend to anybody to go there! And I am not a fusy person. Its says hotel is 3 star,but believe me its not even 1 star... Think twice before you book this hotel, and then book something else....

Znakomita lokalizacja, atrakcje w postaci basenow, dzieci zapominaja o rodzicach a rodzice maja wiecej czasu na siebie. Koniecznie musicie odwiedzic restauracje mexico w Nesyberze kierujcie się w lewa strone przed glowna brama maja tam ceny 3 razy tansze niż gdzie indziej obsluga zna polski jezyk a na deser hymn w wykonaniu starego wilka morskiego:) cena piwa 1lv cena vodki 1,2 lv za takie pieniadze nie oplaca się szukac sklepu:) a dodatkowo wifi polecam! Chodzilismy tam aby przypomniec sobie co to znaczy "smacznego" bedac na "swietnych sniadaniach" w hotelu kotva.

Ta opinia powinna trafic do menagera restauracji w hotelu kotva!!! Czlowieku tracicie 5 razy wiecej podajac jedzenie ktore tylko tak się nazywa!!! Kazdy wklada wszystko w poszukiwaniu czegos co daloby się zjesc! Maslo wg Bulgarow to margaryna, mielonka tego okreslic nie potrafie, szynka konserwowa to mielonka w ostatnim gatunku, ketchup- kupowalismy "na zewnatrz" jajecznica w ktorej stoi sztywna ciazka metalowa lycha przypomina zaprawe murarska sniadania "do bani" marnotrawstwo na potege! Zrob cos z tym I zacznijcie zarabiac podwojnie raz na dobrym zdaniu I opiniach gosci a 2 na kasie ktora jest wyrzucana! Powodzenia!

Хорошее месторасположение. Близко от Несебра. До пляжа пешком 5 минут. В отеле есть свой миниаквапарк. Если едешь с детьми до 7 лет, то этого аквапарка (который для проживающих бесплатно) достаточно, и в большие аквапарки ездить не обязательно.

Если едешь на срок больше недели, то ужины брать не стоит. Еда однообразная, кто привык питаться дома, а не в столовках, совсем не подходит. Микроволновку не видела. Завтрак тоже не понравился.

Piscinile .......aquaparkul pentru copii ........camerele in viziunea mea foarte curate si luxoase....

.Mancarea de la mic dejun ....slaba calitativ ,ospatarii cam slab pregatiti sau cu prea putin interes fata de clienti , in rest ok pentru o vacanta de cateva zile

- cel mai mult mi-a placut piscinele pentru toate categoriile de varsta! Nu stiam in care sa ne balacim! Topoganele super super! Camerele foarte frumos mobilate si confortabile! La receptie a fost o doamna blonda foarte draguta! Amplasarea hotelului a fost buna, aproape de plaja si aproape de Nessebar(plimabrea pe faleza a fost pe gustul nostru). Linistita zona, nu ne-am putut plange de zgomot in hotel! Chiar super OK! Si nici aglomerat nu a fost prin zona!

- mancarea a fost jalnica! dar in raport cu pretul ....deh...trebuiau sa aibe si ceva in neregula....prea ar fi fost bine. Oricum nu am murit de foame! Chelnarii intr-adevar cam tocsuni, dar asta este este ......oricum tocsuni dar ok!
